When I called to find out if they repair Samsung washers, they told me that they didnt, but immediately gave me the name and number of an appliance repair shop that did. I really appreciated that customer service! I had called six other shops before them and NONE gave me help like this. Good job!!

Recently purchased a Frigidaire Over/Stovetop and Dishwasher. Driskells had one of the best prices including the delivery/set up fees. Michael and Natalie were very friendly and helpful, in our purchase. The delivery/set up staff were also very friendly and answered all questions. We will definitely be returning to Driskells for our future appliance needs!

They (sales floor) let me know they had scratch and dent at a discounted price available (model I was ordering), if I was interested. I took my son to the doctor for an immediate surgery the day they delivered. Delivery slipped my mind because of the medical issues. They (delivery drivers) were very understanding, kind and patient with me. I have my appliance. Its working WONDERFULLY. Great prices too.

I recently bought my washer and dryer from them. Excellent customer service and the lowest price in town. They delivered to my house and installed the units. Overall, a great experience and I’ll be back to purchase more appliances in the future.

We found ourselves in desperate need of a refrigerator, as ours died. We went to all of the local appliance stores and learned the current Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic has created a 6 to 10 week delivery date from the time of purchase. Driskells had a Frigidaire Eventemp Gallery that had just arrived the day before. There are certain wants that have to be compromised when desperate shopping but the Frigidaire Eventemp Gallery at Driskells minimized the compromises we had to make during the unscheduled and urgent quest to buy a replacement refrigerator. What really impressed us about Driskells was the honesty of the staff, which saved us $300.00+. The staff could have attempted to upsell us but did the opposite. Needless to say the Frigidaire Evemtemp refrigerator we bought was delivered to our home the same day as purchase, which minimized the food lost, saving us even more money. Driskells pricing is competitive, their customer service is amazing and they are locally owned. Thank you for helping to make a stressful and desperate search less stressful. The only thing is I wish we were offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty but we were so focused on replacing our dead fridge and saving our food we forgot to ask as well. In conclusion we will both say Driskells is the place to go for your appliance needs.

I went by yesterday to look for a refrigerator,it seemed like a nice place.Im new to the town I just purchased my home in Hanford and thought it would be a good place to shop.But the owner was not helpful at all, he seemed like I was bothering him whenever i asked a question. Also on my way out I decided to look at the few he had outside in front and saw roaches inside when i opened the door.I dont think i will ever go back or recomed that place.

Speedqueen Washer !! 6 months ago I went into Driskells to look For a washer. I am the wife a plumber so I was looking for a good unit, because he gets extremely dirty. I looked at speedqueen and had decided to go another route, but My sales associate suggested getting a speedqueen a few times through out my visit. They are built in USA 🇺🇸 have 5 yr warranty parts and labor and at this point I believe are the best units in the game !! 3rd week of laundry with new baby (so about 5 loads a day😆) and runs like a Champ!

I called a few places to get a simple estimate to repair my stove and no one could give me a straightforward answer with out saying I have to have a repairman come over and charge me 79.00 bucks to get an estimate .all i needed was to replace an electric oven igniter. Not only did the nice lady at Driskells give me an estimate over the phone she told me I could buy the part needed there and do the job myself. This is the kind of service that seems to be vanishing these days! Good job Driskells.
