Absolutely awful. The receptionist, I believe her name is Julie was beyond rude. I decided to give them a try anyway because neighbor used them and said they give a great cash discount. I wonder if IRS knows that…Anyway, a guy named Scott Deaton called my husband, scheduled estimate, than had to cancel and reschedule. And never showed up. Save yourself a headache and hire someone else.

The team was very professional, on time and cleaned up the debris completely. I thought I was going to have to cut some trees down, but with trimming and pruning our entire front yard is opened up and beautiful- and kept all of the trees!! I highly recommend Planet Green Tree Service!

VERY happy with this tree service! The owner (Brian) came out for the estimate the same day I called and had one of his crews work the job in the very next day. These guys were very fast, professional and friendly. Great job on trimming up trees hanging over my house and cleaning up. Not only provided great service but were less expensive than all the other companies that provided estimates. I will definitely be calling Planet Green again this fall for additional work.

While out for a walk last Saturday I saw a Planet Green truck and decided to give them a call out of curiosity for a quote. Planet Green was cutting some trees at our neighbors house. I asked them for a card and if they could give us an estimate for our property, in the country. I called Bryan and he came out there to meet us. We have a bunch of trees and they had a ton of moss and rotten limbs. He gave us an estimate and asked how soon they could take care of this. They were out there the next week. It took the whole day to clean up all the trees but the crew worked diligently. They cleaned up any excess debris and we couldn’t be happier. Planet Green removed 2 large trees from my property, in addition to trimming branches that were hanging over the roof of my house. Their crew was outstanding, Ill be using them for any landscaping/tree needs that I have in the future. My driveway was not wide enough for the crew to use in order to get their bucket truck into my back yard, so they came up with a plan to come through the neighbors yard and remove the fence in between to access my back yard. Initially, I was a little worried about having a heavy truck with large tires drive through my neighbors yard, but the crew exhibited great care and executed the plan without causing any damage whatsoever to the neighbors yard. Bryan Coker, the owner, visited periodically throughout the day and was very involved with the job. It was great to be able to communicate with the business owner directly. Last but certainly not least, Planet Greens quote for the work was substantially less than either of the other 3 quotes I received. If you want quality work done in a professional and timely manner, Planet Green is the company to use, no doubt about it.

We had quite a complicated project, had very large diseased trees that needed to be removed in a very dense neighborhood. Luckily, the house beside us was being demolished and rebuilt, so we had a very small window of opportunity to take the trees down. I was wary that I could find a tree service that would be on call for our tight timeframe. In came Bryan from Planet Green. Not only was he responsive to our timeline, but even accommodated a rain delay on the scheduled day of removal. The crew was exceptional. Arrived on time, worked professionally and accurately and the clean up was thorough. Also note fair and honest pricing. Highly recommend them!!!!
