Ordered from Amazon on August 6th Birthday gifts.The driver Didnt even care to look at the apartment number or letters and delivered my package to someone else. Now Ive been getting the run around for almost a month for my refund. Very dissatisfied with them. Never had this problem with until I moved this way. Have reported to BBB.

3rd bad experience with Amazon packages reaching this hub only to be delayed days after they receivedpackages and then sometimes cancelling my order completely after delays saying non deliverable. They are only 20 min from my address. No phone number or website to contact anyone. Very poor service and unreliable. Dont know why my orders go to this hub when another is down the street from me. Frustrating anytime but this one is bad because it is a health issue and needed in time expected. Also its Amazon prime membership.

I bought 3 12-packs of Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer (actually cream soda) and somewhat disappointed in Reeds (manufacturer) that they dont have actual 12 packs.I opened one of the three boxes to find that they (Amazon? Reeds?) removed the bottles individually and placed them snuggled in egg carton type trays for top and bottom and also included the 3 4-pack tote carton/carriers which they broke down.

Be careful ordering oversized pkgs from Amazon.com. Amazon dumps them off at the post office and the post office says, come pick it up. We dont deliver oversized packages. Post office says Amazon refuses to take them back. My deal is with Amazon Prime and not the Post Office for Amazon purchases. Amazon deal is with the Post Office. No more oversized purchases for me with Amazon. What a degradation of service this has come too..

Easy to get to. The signs in the parking lot for returns and pickup customers is the same parking spots as handicap parking. Then the sign for drop off or pickup is hard to notice because if the employees only entrance door is open you have no clue that its the next door. Amazon employee working counter was great and asked if I had any questions. As soon as they scanned my return I received message for refund. I may start using the hub instead of going to UPS due to the closest one to my job is always busy.

Usually havent had a problem in the past, but all of our packages that are supposed to be delivered in secure lock boxes were just thrown in a giant pile in an open mail room.Wonder how many got stolen?

Have had numerous delivery issues with this Hub. Not impressed with Amazon Hub in Hanahan, SC. Got an Delivery Attempted notice, when I spoke with Amazon Customer Service and was told that they were waiting for a driver to pick up the package and my item would be delivered a day or two late. Why the hell do I pay for Prime if they cannot meet their obligations?! Sounds like the need more reliable staff there.

Have driven for the company for over 18 months and I love it. Scheduling is great—4 days on, 3 days off and the overtime is optional; not forced. The new building has a really nice break room with coffee machines, snack machines, and ample microwaves.

The drivers cannot read signs and don’t know the difference between W. and E. They are constantly delivering to the wrong address. I have stopped the drivers twice, and one even changed my “ping”. This worked one time; all other deliveries went to my neighbors again. I don’t mind walking to the house they were delivered incorrectly to; my issue is I shouldn’t have to, and I look dishonest and like a “porch pirate”. If I get the police called on me, more than a bad one-star review is going to happen!I have called their customer service center twice and logged complaints but nothing has been done (until today).Today I was transferred to 3 people to figure out my issue and check the geocode location. The last customer service guy (funny guy who stopped me from being angry) might have actually fixed this, but I won’t know until I get another delivery (or more, since this was already done by a driver in the past) to my address after 48-72 hours. He also said he would notify management at this hub to have a meeting with drivers to read street signs. We’ll see...

Need more employees, the one receiver was doing an amazing job, he can work under stress, but yes he was short handed...

Shouldnt close this early as I was supposed to have something redelivered paying extra too. But they didn’t take my request for re delivery now telling me it’s too late!

Amazon Delivery for Goose Creek SC is really starting to get bad lately. So many times they deliver to the wrong house and I have to wait days for a replacement. Im getting really tired of won-ton customer support so eager to refund my money. I want my product and delivery that my PRIME BENEFITS warrant and what I ordered when you said youll deliver. Starting to get really upset about the blatant disregard for customer product delivery.

Apparently they are having problems. I keep getting notices theres a problem with delivery to my BUSINESS! I m a RESIDENCE and replied to their questionaire accordingly. But after 3 MORE days still no delivery! I cant find a phone number for them. AMAZON, if you see this, contact me.

It really cheeses me off how hard Amazon makes to communicate with a live person. That it doesnt list the phone number for the Hub is exemplary of the problem.

I live in Timbercrest and this facility is behind us. The hollering and car horn honking every morning is noise pollution and annoying as all get out. It sounds like NYC cab drivers during rush hour. Theres gotta be a better solution.

Watched driver pull up in front of my house today when I expecting packages and he sat there for 10 minutes until 9pm, then drove away. My packages are already two days late as is.

Missing a package and they delivered someone else’s to my address

Today is the 3rd time my packages have been delivered to the wrong address. No way to contact driver and I am at home quarantined . Im not allowed to search for my packages. Hire someone who can at least read addresses.
