They delivered my rentals BEFORE 10am two days before my wedding and it felt like I got my entire day back! I worked with several people from EventHaus throughout planning my wedding, all of whom were very responsive and helpful. During the last few months leading up to the wedding, I was working primarily with Erica, who was incredibly accommodating through all of the changes I made. I went to the offices twice to look at table set-ups and various rental items and both times the team at EventHaus was extremely helpful. Everything we rented arrived on time and in good shape, so we were very pleased.

EventHaus has been our partner for the Yorktown Countdown NYE Event for 7 years. They construct 15,000 sqft of tent on the aircraft carrier flight deck with limited time and major obstacles and they do an amazing job. If you need tents, call these guys!

They are not only kind but they do not pressure you to purchase something just because it benefits them. They work with all budgets large and small, and will tailor fit your wedding to your desire. EventHaus is an excellent rental firm. They offer beautiful equipment and stellar service both in the office and onsite. Erica Bailey was incredible to work with, she made multiple updates seamlessly and was super professional, flexible, kind and accommodating. Erica even came onsite to check in on my out of town event during a very busy setup period for her due to unexpected inclimate weather, above and beyond. All of the EventHaus setup and breakdown staff were friendly, efficient, helpful, knowledgable and eager to please. We look so forward to working with EventHaus again and again in the future!

Events DRS has the finest quality china, crystal and silverware offered in the state of South Carolina. For my clients, that quality if imperative and knowing that the cost for this upgrade is minimal makes it oh so palatable. Excellent service and knowledge of fine dining products makes Event DRS a leader in the industry.

We rented a joggling board and cornhole boards from EventHaus for our reception at Edisto Hall (James Island County Park), and everything from start to finish was handled with kindness and care by Erica and the EventHaus staff. The price was reasonable, and they are the only company in town that we found that rents a Joggling Board. What a treat for our family and our out-of-town guests to enjoy this classic Lowcountry staple at our wedding! It was beautiful for photos under the oaks, and of course, everyone enjoyed joggling! I highly recommend working with EventHaus and adding this special authentic touch to your event.

Eventhaus was the absolute worst vendor I had to work with while planning our wedding. If I was not obligated to use them through our venue; I would have found someone else. They dropped the ball on several items. My original proposal was drafted with an inadequate amount of linens to match the tables. They took over a week to correct the estimate. They waited until the week prior to our wedding to tell me that they didnt have the chairs we chose, and had outlined in our proposal. When we asked for a more expensive chair at the same cost they miraculously found the chairs we originally requested. After several shortcomings, they asked me to pay by sending them a PDF form via email with my credit card information on it. In this day and time, I am astonished that Eventhaus is not capable of providing their customers with a secure and encrypted form of payment. To top it all off...I was informed the owner, Rich, would call me per my request to arrange payment in person the day before the event. Rich, being the face of his company, was too much of a coward to call me and discuss the issue. Poor follow through, poor customer service, poor inventory allocation, poor communication, and overall a terrible experience. Any venue that uses Eventhaus exclusively should seriously reconsider who youre doing business with. They have no clue what providing a customer with a good experience is about.

Their selection and attention to style with an ongoing inventory is second to none.
