I had to return a package and I came with a limited amount of time to drop off package. Only to find a sign that said out to lunch will not return for an hour. Surprising since the parking lot is full of cars. Also the instructions for my return gave specific times and said NOTHING about a break for lunch purposes. 🙃

Generally I have no issues with deliveries, save for drivers refusing to read my address correctly and then leaving my packages on my neighbors porch. However, I got a notification from Amazon on 11/21 (Sat) that my most recent order arrived at this location around 5 AM and would be delivered that day. Im writing this on 11/25 and STILL waiting for the package to arrive. Somehow it got lost in transit between Hanahan and Ladson. Its been delayed for 4 days now and I have zero meaningful updates from Amazon about this.

As late as I get my packages Amazon may as well add an extra day for delivery. Every time Hanahan delivers my package from Amazon it gets here around 8 or 8:30 pm. According to the Track my package from Amazon the truck doesnt leave till 10am??? That could be the issue?

So happy to have Amozon so close by. Friendly people there too.

I have been receiving packages at my house with the address of 101 Camelia Park Lane three times in about the last couple of months and they live over in Dell Webb Charleston at Nexton and I live on 101 West Park Lane in Sangaree which are miles apart plus I had my packages delivered to the wrong address twice until I called customer service and had them correct the problem. This problem needs to stop and stop real fast or I will go to the next level and have whatever problems with the deliveries fixed at that level. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible.
