The experience was really good. there are clean.one thing thats why I gave them 4 star. Because the cost are too much it seems like to me.

My favorite laundromat in hamtramck, the service is always nice.

The staff members are extremely rude I parked out front to unload mind you I come in all the time I came in to get coins first like I always do so the staff member (older lady with short hair) started yelling at me saying I need to bring my clothes in because I could just be getting coins and not use the machine (even after I said yes I’m washing when she asked) first off why would you talk to me like that no if I got disrespectful back I would’ve been wrong why would I need $20 worth of quarters if I’m not washing mind u I sat outside & watch other race of people get coins first another time I came in to wash with my 15 yr old sister & who had to use the restroom and the African lady yelled telling her why would she go in the lady’s bathroom real loud in front of everybody (she dress like a boy) but once she told u she was a girl instead of apologizing or something u proceeded to yell & tell her to get out and its for customers only(which we were) I just left & stop going because those women really test my patients

Staff was up beat and kool the people something different its tight up in there and the people I dealt with today act as if there is no virus out here killing ppl some walked in with no mask regardless of the paper on the door asking to wear one great place to wash clothing just not on busy days

I placed $5.50 in the big washer tht I did not know was broke, left came back and washer didnt look like it washed my clothes so I added another $5.50 in to come and find out the washer was broke. I asked the attendant working for help and she flat out told me that she cant give me a refund today and she cant start a washer for me and was very rude to me. Never again will I go back here and no I did not get my refund till Friday cuz she didnt have cash on her

Great Place, Good Staff

Pricing seems fair and Ive never dealt with unfriendly staff described in other reviews in my many trips here. The machines are old but my clothes come home clean and dry, and for essentially $5/load (or less) its hard to argue.I like that they have The Hamtramck Review available for perusing and the tables, vending machines, and arcade machines make this a quick (< 2 hours) and easy trip.

This Laundry has amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who keep things clean and neat. It has over 80 machines so finding an open washer or dryer is typically not a problem.I also love the Wash Club membership.

Gonna miss Sharon working here, she has been knowing my family for years! Ive been coming here for 15 years and counting.

The facility is cool but the ladies that work there are sour. I never seen them smile. When I inform the staff about a machine not working they just look dumb instead of saying they can either help, give a refund or not.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean place to do your laundry. I come early and never is crowded or craziness like other laundromats. Will come back again. Owner is very nice too!

Staff was Greathelpful.Its neat and spacious

Machines smell musty often. Clothes left in machines remain in machines and attendantt refused to remove them. Attendant often rude to customers and sits chatting with family and friends while customers ask for assistance. Often there are more broken machines than machines that work. I have stopped going there after having bad experiences over and over. Try Walters on Conant. It is clean, there is friendly and helpful staff there and machines there are kept up well.

OK I do like this laundromat cause Im always in and out but on the other hand this is the only laundromat I know that lets people let there clothes sit for hours at a time in the machines. You arent at home wash dry go home dont let your clothes sit and hog up the machines!!! !!!

Extremely rude staff members. Have no respect for anyone and wants to give attitude when I try to explain my problem nicely. Apparently me arguing my problem is “getting annoying”.

Excessively rude staff. Not willing to help and very mean and aggressive attitude. Also machines are out of order in large numbers. Would not recommend to anyone.

Machines are very old and the staff are rude. Started going to the one across the street from them in front of autozone.

The attendants are extremely rude. One attendant opened my drier while the clothes were still spinning, and when I asked why she got mad. Very bad treatment. Plus the machines are frequently out of order.
