They need to fire home boy with the SUV with Rims or Keep him in the back somewhere. His customer service is terrible. And they closed off citizen dumping in the mist of a terrible flood. Guess our damaged items just have to sit. And they never answer the phones. Need a better site to go to. Someone…. please.

Their hours are actually nowhere close to what is posted. I have been turned away anywhere from 30 to 90minites prior to closings. Extremely frustrating, especially for a facility recommended by the City for residents to use. Also, though I dont necessarily mind the minimum fee $50 as a small business. It does seem high for city residents with small amounts of waste. City of Detroit wonders why illegal dumping is so rampant, but it isnt hard to see why given the options....

People are nice. Dump smells like a dump. Tries to keep it clean

I used to love this place but honestly there so slow more if you dont have hours dont waste your time

Drive in. Wait to drive on scale. Drive to back of station. Eliminate debris from dumpster. Drive back on scale. Pay. Done. Everyone’s friendly, you just have to be respectful of other’s time. Do this, and you’ll have a good experience there.

Needs a better system of customer service management. Wait times are ridiculous.

No apparent signs to give you directions on the process. Its a little tight.

They have gone up on their prices by 25%. However it is still a value for me to work at that facility. I had some debris from my house that I needed to get rid of and some trash dad my rubbish guys would not pick up so I just take it over there and cleaned out in our garage and basement.

This is by far one of the worst places they make you sit for an hour why they run there friends in around you then only half of the staff even know what’s going on I will be looking for another place to dump where customers are treated right my time is just as important as there buddies

Was there to throw in a caravan. They said $50 for payment. I wander why illegal dumping is widespread in Detroit metropolitan area. Dont go there and Ill tell you just need to deal with this price gouging if there is any to reduce trash being thrown out on side of the roads.

Just took a huge dump here, highly recommend
