They don’t give a warranty when they fix your phone then try to sell you a new one 2 days later when it doesn’t work knowing they took out the screw down plate that holds the connectors to the board. Then treat you like your stupid and say they would have to inspect the board for water damage for the same price as a new phone.

First time I went there I had iPhone X for a really gooooood price! And today is my second experience with Azal Computers & Wireless. Walked in with a cracked screen and bad microphone for my old iPhone 7. Walked out with a phone that was better than new!Azal Computers & Wireless never ceases to amaze me with its excellent customer service, and unbeatable prices.

The place is located on an open local road. The place well lit and pretty clean. If anyone needs any type of used overpriced computer parts, then this is the place to go. However, the customer service sucks. I went to purchase an used laptop and well...his communication lacked big time. The laptops that were supposed to be on for sale, they really are NOT ready for sale because most of them has issues. Now, if you want to buy something, especially used one, youd want to look at it first and observe it well to determine if its going to be a proper purchase. Well...thats what i did, but there was a bit of problem, they dont want you to see it before you buy it. You have to ask them several times just to see it first and that what i did. Turns out the most laptops are messed up. Only 2 were working well while the rest of them has issues ex; battery not charging, hard drive problem, screen scratches and cracks, missing wires and adapters, etc etc. On top of that the sale guy has very little knowledge about computers. Not only his communication lacked, he is not ready to negotiate if an problems occurred when purchasing. He did not even put any price tags and specs info tags on the laptops. He would expect you to buy it without looking at it and if you do ask him (new guy), he would act very lazy. However, with my luck, i actually found a good laptop that runs smooth and very good with no issues at all. On my first 2 visits he set a good price but then on my 3rd visit, he increased his price because he knew i was going for that same laptop. The laptop doesnt have a charging adaptor so i had to convince him for 20 minutes just to get a good deal. He then agreed but still increased his price WITH THE ADAPTER now. And thats the little story i encountered here. Not to mention his racists jokes towards Asian folks but anyway.Conclusion: You can never have a win-win situation but you can certainly try though. If youre not careful, then you will be ripped off big time. Im not the only one.
