There is something to be said for answering the phone the first time, and having your showroom open without making an appointment in advance. These guys had both- on top of great customer service and amazing tile selection.I’m so happy I drove an extra distance to do business with Enos, they are a great company, and I’m so happy with the tile they helped me pick out for my bathroom!!

Not a scam. The customer service here is unbearable. I would honestly find someone else to answer the phone. It looks like from previous reviews I’m not the only one who wouldn’t recommend this place. Our remnant piece of marble was not only scratched in a few places but also has a couple rust spots. Not cute. My husband has already called to tell you and he continues to get blown off. He’s a builder... he will not be recommending this tile store to any of his customers.

We had just bought a house at the beach. We own 3 personal houses and have 2 rentals and a commercial building in MA. So were constantly designing and re-designing. In the beach house we started renovations in the basement rental apartment. I called ENOs and explained in very clear detail on the phone that we needed a very small bathroom thats in horrible shape in a basement needed to be remodeled. I asked if they come out and design a entire new bathroom and then do all the work. I was told yes, that is exactly what they do. She then transferred me to the guy that would come out and do exactly that. I repeated everything to him. I emphasized that it is a small bathroom in a basement apartment that needed to be gutted and completely rebuilt. He said it was fine and gave us an appointment. When he arrived he was extremely rude and snobby! His attitude was that he was angry that we were wasting his time with this small bathroom in the basement. It was clearly below him! If that was the case why didnt they say that when I stressed that to both of them on the phone? Well he pretended to take measurements (he really didnt) and said he would email or call with design suggestions and price estimates. We never heard from him again! We only spent $7,000 on that bathroom, but then we did the entire kitchen in the house which we spent $ 40,000 on. I did not go to them for the kitchen! I will also not be going to them to do any of the work at any of the other investment properties I buy.

I ordered a counter. First time it was cut backwards. Was told I would be priority the next day to get it cut right. One week later, the counter was “done”. Sloppy cuts with un-straight edges. When I pointed it out, I was told “I’m not going to argue with you, take it or get your money back”. Prices were good, service and quality were terrible.

After waiting 4 weeks for my $6,700 quartz countertop, it arrived with the wrong edging. I changed the edging choice over three weeks before the countertop was delivered. I confirmed it in writing with the sales rep and the paperwork reflected this change. Enos only response was that he hoped I would like it and continue to be customer. Really??? Stay away.

Owner is rude and sends broken pieces of Granite to be installed in customers homes. Beware of what your getting people!
