I discovered a couple of weeks ago that I had rats coming in my backyard. I am terrified of those things!!! Ive never had to use an exterminator before as Ive never had any problems of this sort so I looked at the Google reviews of various companies. I was quite impressed with Empires reviews so I gave them a call. That was one of the best decisions Ive ever made!! Adam is extremely knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions in great detail and believe me, I had quite a few of them! Mike came out earlier than the scheduled time and took care of everything. In less than 5 days, my rat problem was resolved and I am so relieved! The cost was amazingly affordable! I am having them come out every month now at a very reasonable price just to make sure I never have this problem again! I am so happy I called Empire and I strongly encourage anyone who needs an exterminator to give them a call. You wont be disappointed!

The owner and this business is everything!!! Very respectful, responsible and honest people. Will keep using them for future problems. Adam (owner) and his technician Mike arrived right on time and performed a detailed inspection and 3 reports for a great price. They included an insect treatment and rodent blocks, both at no extra charge! Very professional and friendly. I will use them again and would highly recommend them and their services.

This is the 2nd time I have used Empire Pest Control. I have water bugs more than I want and I found Empire. They came out the first time within a day or two. Mike was the fella that came and he greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I called them yesterday for another spray as the dang waters bugs were back. Mike came out the next day (today) and I had few more questions and he was just great. I love Empire Pest Control. I will never use anyone else again. :)

This company is simply amazing. I called him on a Sunday with a horrible rodent problem.. not only did He(Adam) respond to me but made a emergency appointment for me. I spoke to him at 8 and he was at my home at 9 and finished at 9:15 along with giving me all the knowledge I needed to be aware and careful and what to look at.. and please don’t get me started on the price... just amazing. Its the best amount of money you’ll ever spend for pest control!!

Empire Pest Control is a phenomenal company. They are small yet can take care of whatever you need. Additionally, they are very customer service friendly which is tough to find in this industry sometimes! Often times they go above and beyond for what is needed. Adam is the ultimate professional. He explains what is happening each step of the way. He is courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Cost were negligible compared to another company. Their only purpose seemed to be to oversell. They did not even look at the problem I called about. I would recommend Empire without exception. Problem was quickly resolved.

Fantastic company to use. Their prices are affordable and they are incredibly prompt on coming as soon as you need them. Their products work! Our backyard is very wooded and we have troubles with ticks, spiders, and cockroaches. But since we started using Empire Pest Control, we have never had any problems. I highly recommend them.

Had Empire Pest Control spray my back yard for mosquitos. Mind you I live in a fairly marshy area of the city. I have seen no bugs in my yard for almost 3 weeks now. Way more impressive then I had originally thought.
