My wife and I were going on vacation and as she does every time she hires a car service to bring us to the airport this time instead of using a reputable company she contacted starlight limousine.Matt I assume is the owner showed up 20 minutes late for our pick up to the airport. We’re about to just drive ourselves and when she called him he did not even reach out to us mind you his fee had already been paid He showed up in a run down Cadillac Escalade that had the check engine light on and transmission felt like it was going to break down at any moment. On arrival to the airport I confirmed with him the pick up time for the following Friday evening.We also gave him our itinerary i.e. flight numbers and times that we were leaving and arriving.On our arrival we were searching for Matt to no avail after numerous phone calls to all three phones he has listed on his website leaving multiple messages again to no availOur after hour flight landed we received a call from Matt stating he forgot and he would be 45 minutes to an hour away but would come get us to me that is unacceptable as he have already been paid in Full including gratuity. The service was so bad we would definitely not of left any gratuity I am a Very generous tipper when warranted. When I requested my money back all Matt kept saying was that he could be there in one hour after we have already waited an hour and he did not show why would we wait another hour? So my review is one star if it was possible to give zero stars I would have.find a reputable car service with a clean dependable cars Whatever you do do not pay in advance as you will surely be screwed as I was.

Called them last minute and they were able to give 6 of us a ride to and from dinner. Thank you for the great service.

Great drivers . we are too nervous to drive in Boston the traffic is dangerous our driver got us to the airport safely. The car was clean and well cared for. my family has used several other limo services in the past and starlight limo proved to be the best. they are always early to pick us up and the cars are always clean . it shows when a business gives attention to detail in their service, ice water relaxing music cool collective atmosphere takes the stress out of travel

My new bride to be had to take an uber to our venue because the limo never came. Once I finally reached Matt after multiple calls and texts he stated sorry, I thought it was a 4 pm pick up even though I confirmed all times directly with Matt less than 48 hours before the wedding. I paid for 4 limos and got three. When I contacted him for a refund he just ignored my calls and texts as expected. Regarding the vehicles he did send, they were awful. Duct tape all over the trunk of one limo. Parts were missing on the inside, wires hanging out everywhere. The AC barely worked and one limo had a clip on fan blowing air to the rear. The driver opened the trunk to another car so we could store my new wifes wedding dress for the ride and the trunk was full of tire jacks and spare tires! Just awful all around and Starlight Limos website pictures are completely misleading and absolutely do not represent the equipment Matt Coolidge actually uses. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Where do I begin, Starlight Limo is so unprofessional and over rated. I had my Daughters wedding over weekend. They were suppose to pick us up at 3:00. They NEVER showed up.Needless to say we UBERED .CALLED STARLIGHT LIMO.NUMEROUS TIMES, WHEN THEY DECIDED TO CONTACT US CAME UP WITH EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. NEXT WE ALSO PAID FOR 4 LIMOS AND GOT 3.MORE EXCUSES .NEXT THE LIMOS ARE RUN DOWN AND DUCTED TAPED TOGETHER.I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANY LIMO QUITE LIKE THIS. NEXT WE HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT TO GET REFUNDED FOR THE LIMO WE NEVER GOT. Limo was 45 mins late for the first round and on the second round 1 didnt even show up. Terrible customer service as well, didnt answer the phone when limo was late and wont answer call for refund on missing limo (because they KNOW they screwed up).

I give Starlight Limo 5 stars and I wish I could give them more. Anyone who says different doesn’t know what they are talking about. I booked in advance of my event and paid in full. Not only were they on time they were early. The driver Matthew was professional and so nice and the limo was wicked clean. I will continue to use Starlight Limo for all my future events!

Worst experience ever .. 1 limo doesnt even show up the other 3 were late . Customer service doesnt even deserve a star. They havent responded to our issues as they know they screwed up. I would rather walk than get a ride for free....

Bad experience with this company this past weekend. Bride needed to take an Uber due to limos not showing up on time. then 3 of the 4 limos arrived. Just overall not a good experience.

Reserved a Starligjt limo for prom way in advance and paid in full at the time of booking. Called the day before to confirm. The day of prom I had 10 kids in my driveway waiting for their ride. I called the number I had called the day before and it had been disconnected. 15 minutes after our scheduled time the limo arrived. Driver was very nice and apologized for the delay saying they were short a driver but kept saying she was nervous. I didn’t know what she meant by that which was concerning. I asked her if she had driven the limo before and she said yes she was their scheduled Driver. When I inquired about the phone number not working she stated the number had been changed the day before. They left 23 minutes late and she turned the wrong way out of the driveway and then stopped for gas on the way to prom. The kids got to prom 40 minutes late and were unable to get a table together which is why we booked the pick up time when we did. Driver took my phone number and texted me when they arrived and when they left which I appreciated. Upon returning home a couple of the kids were sick staying the car smelled like “weed”. The kids got there and back safely but the limo was late with no communication from them and unprepared for the evening. Due to these reasons I would not go with this company again.

I had a pickup reservation at Logan Airport. Upon calling them after baggage claim, as instructed, they said they did not have a car to pick me up right away, that there would be a delay. I insisted on waiting the 1 1/2 hours they asked, but then, they apologized and told me to get a Uber or Lyft. Transportation services have to be reliable, or at least, have to work around issues and help their customers. They repeated Im sorry, take a Uber or Luft a couple of times, and then hang up on me. Horrible experience!
