My husband and I give happily give them a 5 star rating for their outstanding service, exceptional attention to detail, their artist inspirations and for their impeccable quality of workmanship. Ryan, Tommy and the team went above any beyond our expectations and delivered more than we could ever imagined for our yard. Ryan even made the area where our garbage can are located look tremendous by adding some decorative lattice work and copper solar lights around the bins! Our landscaping has never looked better and we look forward to working with Green Quest again in the future. Green Quest has been maintaining my yard for about 4 years now, they do a great job with mowing, edging, mulching, pruning and leaf clean-up. Ive also had them install raised flower beds, awesome lighting and a boat pad. Im not sure theres anything they couldnt do. If youre looking for quality work at a reasonable price, these are your guys.

Ryan and his team did an AMAZING job on our hardscaped new firepit/patio area! Within hours our backyard was clean and transformed into exactly what we were looking for and couldn’t wait to have a fire the same night!! While I left a positive Google review in 2019, I now feel compelled to provide an updated (negative) review of Green Quest Lawn & Landscaping.BLUF:Green Quest Lawn & Landscaping provided a **terrible** landscaping job! Unless you enjoy throwing money away, I highly recommend *NOT* hiring Green Quest Lawn & Landscaping for any of your lawn projects.Background:- I have a section in my backyard (~7,000 sqft) which has various low & high spots (which previously resulted in *some/little* standing water).- After having obtained 3 quotes from landscaping companies, I decided to hire Green Quest Lawn & Landscaping to grade this section of my yard.- Prior to the project, I discussed with Ryan (owner) that solving the drainage issue was the primary goal of the grading project.Project Status:- The grading project was finished in early June.- Since then we have had some strong rains in Hampton, VA.- After any rainfall, however, I realized how poorly Green Quest Lawn & Landscaping performed their grading job. In fact, their grading job made the drainage issue much worse than I had before.Health Hazard:- Prior to the grading job, the water drained/evaporated away after approximately 1-2 days.- However, due to Green Quest Lawn & Landscapings poor expertise, we now have a situation with permanent standing water.- That is, even after 2 weeks, the water still sits there and has created a health hazard (i.e., standing water now harbors mosquito larvae and other pests).What We Are Left With:- Ultimately, after we had fenced in this section of the yard, our goal was to give our dogs additional space to play and roam around.- Unfortunately, permanent standing water & health hazard, we now have to prevent our dogs access to this particular section of the yard (we spent several thousands of $$ on the fence but the new section is totally unusable now).Correspondence:- I have called/texted Ryans cell phone several times. He never answers!!- I have also emailed him on several occasions. I was willing to pay more money (e.g., purchase more top soil) to get this problem resolved.- Unfortunately, Ryans replies to my emails only indicate that hes been out of the office.- I fail to see how a business owner can be out of the office for 3 weeks during the busy season. Nevertheless, a company his size should have someone else act on his behalf and follow up w/ the customer.Ever since Ryan has cashed in *his* money (well, the money I paid him), it appears he is no longer interested in helping me to rectify the problem.Very respectfully,Dr. BockP.S. Green Quest completed a turf installation at my property. From Initial consultation to when the project was complete, they were there to answer any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscape services.

Green quest is awesome they have been cutting my lawn and pruning my bushes and mulching my lawn for going on 4 years now they are reliable fairly priced and very nice. The owner Ryan is an awesome guy he will get your lawn in tip top shape in no time flat him and his guys are very knowledgeable about what your lawn needs. And there is no job to big or small for them!

Ryan,The first year was fantastic. However this year with Green Quest has been horrid. Work not completed no return phone calls or emails after months of trying. I have requested lavender to be planted and it never was. They mowed over my plants and never replaced them. I have a contract with them and they haven’t been here for any yard work in a month. My yard looks like a jungle. I received an invoice in April and it was wrong I asked for a revised one and never received it. This is ridiculous.

Ryan and team did a great job installing a fence and driveway at our home. They were efficient, affordable and pleasurable to work with.

We love our lawn company, but they make it extremely hard to pay them. We have tried searching through thousands of emails to find the right invoice with a QuickBooks link inside. We havent received a new invoice since April and I am sure now we are probably 2 months behind on payment. But, we cant pay on our account if they do not send us an invoice. Its very frustrating because they are great guys and do awesome work for us. We dont want to loose them.

Thanks to Ryan and his crew for cleaning up my landscape. It looks beautiful, definite curb appeal now. Ryan and his guys came cleaned up my flower beds, ground an old stump installed new mulch and edged, trimmed and mowed. If your looking for professionals Greenquest is top notch.

Ryan and his team have helped me with several projects over the years, the latest being the installation of a paver patio extention in my back yard. They came in at the best price, and were able to complete the project faster than the other guys too. I couldnt recommend Green Quest more for both landscaping and hardscaping projects.
