This one lady staff has an attitude that is unnecessary. We were looking for help because we’ve never been there and she just sat there as if we weren’t there. My husband asked her if there was anyone here that can assist because she had on an apron. But she answered no as if we were slow. Then he asked her did she work here. With an attitude she looks around like there’s no one else here. She needs to be fired! I would never say that about anyone but it doesn’t cost a thing to be a human being.

Dryers are hot, laundromat is always tidy, attendant is always available.

Soaps and suds i wish they brought the beer and eats back one of the Williamsburg locations used to offer, it was kinda like going to chuck e cheese with beer, all while washing your clothes unbelievable.

It was clean, the water was Hot !!! Which was wonderful, i have never felt the water so hot, i felt like my clothes really did get clean. Also the dryers, dried my clothesWithout my using so much money to get them dry, if that makes sense.

I love this place to do laundry when you dont have any change to do laundry at home. I didnt have $1.75 to wash and I didnt have $1.75 to dry at home so I came to soap and suds to do laundry and to get away from soon to be x husband

Despite how much the prices has went up to wash clothes, soaps and suds maintains their equiptment very well and are quick to repair anything that breaks down. They also will refund your money if you lose it as a result of faulty equiptment. In my experiences at Soaps n suds, I have never had a bad time. I highly recommend anyone to Soaps n suds if you need to do your laundry outside of your home.

She did a wonderful job however I asked for a phone call for the price first because I did not want to be sure. I did not get a phone call I was short and $35 seems like a lot of money for two baskets. The daytime lady was very friendly they both were but just overpriced in my opinion

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff member, Tina. Machines come in various sizes which allow you discounts for larger loads. Machines also have multiple heat settings allowing for delicate clothing.

Quite a few machines with repair tickets. Flooring needs replacing. A bit small compared to other Soaps n Suds. But overall, a good place to wash dirty things.

We were in town for our daughters AAU basketball tournament and needed to wash uniforms since we were staying at a nearby hotel without laundry facilities.The woman who was working there, was so nice and helpful. I wish i had asked for her name so i could be sure she gets the proper kudos from her employer. She definitely deserves it.Thank you!

I’ve been going to this store for about 4-5 years and never had a problem regarding the employees,but this time there this new employee that was working between 6:30-6:45 pm. I went to the machine to refill my card and it asked for a employe permission. I nicely asked her to help me she waved her hands and told me to hold on a sec which was fine with me. Then she went in the back room and she gave a customer his cloth and that was about 5 mins of waiting which is still fine with me,but right after she finished her business with the customer she ignored me and went to another customer to help him fix the laundry machine. That took about 10 mins. I got frustrated and said excuse me with a louder voice then she turned with attitude and yelled ill BE WITH YOU WITH IN A SECOND. My thing is she’s over there fixing a whole laundry machine and I’m just here waiting for her permission to Refill my card. When she finally came she asked for my ID for nothing I was just adding 10 dollars into my card. Bottom line if you ever want to get treated bad and without respect this place is for you!

I used the Soap N Suds on River Road in Keizer, Oregon. It charged my credit card THREE TIMES! Its not the loss of money as much as the frustration of knowing nobody will ever get back to me. I have my credit card statement to prove it. Will NEVER use their car wash again and will warn others to stay away.

Most of the attendants there are nice enough and are even lenient on taking your time but one of them had all the makings of a bitter old hag. Rude stick in the mud who clearly doesnt know how to treat people.

They dont take coins. You need to buy a card and put money on the card. Not helpful when you only need to wash or dry one time
