These guys were great! They were very responsive in setting up the time to move my piano, and they arrived right on time. After carefully wrapping and transporting it to my house, they put it in the correct location. A couple of minutes after they left, I called them because I realized over of the wheels needed to be swiveled. They came right back, were very patient, and helped me adjust the wheel. The price was good, and I was very pleased!

I was in contact with the owner of this company several days in advance for my move. My issue lies to the fact that we are going through tight measures with COVID you should inform your customer prior to booking her that you are not open. Instead under false pretenses you book me out.When you are running a business efficiently you make sure that your customer is aware that you are not able to come out. You should follow up with your customer via all the forms of communication you asked for in the initial time with speak to them. Leaving 1 voicemail does not suffice.This is why I have a hard time truly dealing with certain companies. It should’ve been made well aware that some type of training was needed for you to return to work. FURTHERMORE, the fact that you are not fully up and running due to COVID should have been the FIRST piece of information given!

I thought I had reserved for two hours through movinghelp.com so I paid for the 3rd hour that they worked in cash. Turns out movinghelp charged me and paid go2movers 3 hours. (I was actually charged 5hrs but that’s another story) So I asked go2movers to reimburse me for that extra hour that I paid for. No answer. Can’t think of any professional that would keep your money even after they agree that I overpaid. Sorry, can’t recommend them.

Was referred by a friend that raves about the service. Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience. Scheduled the service and was ready to move 4-28. I contacted Go2 the day before and got no answer. I called back later and spoke with someone who confirmed that we were on for 9am. At 9:30 am the mover had not arrived so I contacted Go2 as I had another contractor coming at 1pm and I need everything moved. I was told that they were finishing up a job and would be on the way. At 10:23 am still no movers. I called back and was told they were 10 mins away and it should only take 45 mins to load and unload my things. The movers didn’t arrive until 11 am. The movers did a great job loading and unloading. It took 1 1/2 hours to load. I called Go 2 again because I knew we would going to need additional time and wanted to know the price of additional time and was I going to be charged because they were 2 hours late. I was told by Go 2 that the they contract out and I would need to discuss this with the movers. The total job took 3 hours which wasn’t bad. My friend paid them 200.00 and the movers left. I was then contact by the movers manger (I assumed) regarding the payment. I discussed the issue with him and he stated that it doesn’t matter what time they get there they should be paid for the time worked. I discussed my inconvenience and the lack of communication, and was advised that the movers told Go2 that they couldn’t arrive until 11. Go 2 never communicated that to me. The manager than asked could I pay an additional 25.00 and I reluctantly agreed. I feel that if you don’t meet the agreed upon stipulations there should be some kind of compensation for the customer. I need moving services again in a month but I would not recommend Go 2.
