Unbelievable!!! Im known to be a bit on the grumpy side and not easy to please BUT I can say without reservation that Justin has provided me with more than anyone could expect. My house has a great deal of wood trim and the siding had not been cleaned in, well lets just say awhile. When I came home from work I was amazed at the result. The only complaint is he didnt charge enough.

We had our roof, pavement and siding/trimming done and it was excellent. Living by the water can wreak havoc on a house and Greathouse Home Services made our house look new again. They were out there in the blistering heat for 8 hours and put excruciating attention-to-detail into their work. I cannot recommend them any higher. They are AWESOME!!

Greathouse service was prompt did a great job of soft washing my roof and my shingles no longer have and mold or moss growing on it. The soft-wash they performed got my roof clean with no high pressure so my -roof looks great and is still sound. Greathouse also washed my home and it now looks freshly painted and I am very happy with the work they preformed. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

We had an absolutely great experience with the people from Greathouse Home Services! We had the exterior of our house soft washed/pressure washed. They arrived on time, made sure to do a thorough job, and then walked us all the way around the house to show us what they had done and make sure we were satisfied. They were very responsive and kept us up to date. They provided us all most estimates for free and let us choose which services we wanted. We had the gutter cleaning done. Once done they tell you about what kind of condition your gutters were in prior, which I find helpful to know how often we may need to have them done. They were right on time when arriving. Absolutely amazing service! I needed a short-notice pressure wash completed on my house prior to closing and they were able to adjust their schedule to support me. June 2019 - Greathouse did an excellent job cleaning my home exterior! Their soft power wash system was strong enough to get the job done, but gentle enough to protect windows. The staff is professional, thorough, and cheerful -- a pleasure to do business with! Also, the online/email documentation, attached to the work proposal, was impressive. I was able to put my trust in a company that verified its business license, insurance policy, and so forth. Everything was in writing before they arrived! Greathouse is definitely returning to do more exterior cleaning. The company name says it all!August 2019 - Greathouse was here again, this time to power wash the driveway. Decades of grime just melted away. These troopers even worked in the rain! The same professional attention to documentation had been given in advance. Im happy to recommend Greathouse Home Services for all exterior cleaning needs!

I used Greathouse Home Services recently to clean my gutters. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I appreciate that they send you a bid via email and include their licensing and insurance information. They were able to come out and do the service within a week of when I made the request. Candice was quick to answer questions that I had before the work was scheduled. She and her crew member arrived on time. The job was finished quickly. Even though this was just a gutter cleaning, they were kind enough to blow leaves and dirt from my patio and driveway. They left things looking better than when they arrived. Everything was great until they cleanef the house. For the price of service, we expected our house to be cleaned the first time around. They left the first time before we inspected house. We called, they came back out same day and corrected all the problems. Spots everywhere were just missed. House was not rised off properly leaving streaks. Second time around, stuff was done properly. Happy they corrected everything promptly.

Scheduled time was between 1-3...the gentleman that showed up (Eric was his name), was early (12:30)... I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!!! He got right to work. Gutters were quite filled with junk. I asked for it to have a look and feel like a winter wonderland and by using a combination of blue string lights, wall of white curtain lights and twinkling star bursts it really transformed a bar atmosphere into a creative space. This job was for a one night event, they worked with the location to set up the lights the day before the event and came back the day after to take them down. Great work, easy to work with, they will send you a design, and pictures of the lighting to confirm your idea. The work was scheduled to begin at 9am but he called at 8am and asked if he could come early because he was told that wed have to leave the house by 10am. How considerate is that!
