Took my car in for a windshield replacement. Was told the first windshield was damaged, so another had to be ordered. Another window was ordered only to be told it could not be installed due to my car having sensors. Upon picking up my car, I discovered the trim attached to my windshield was broken (which is $240.00 to replace). There was absolutely nothing wrong or broke on my car when I dropped it off. Made a complaint to the front desk lady (Eva). I asked for the managers info, so I could speak to him/her directly. Eva refused to provide me with the information, but took my info down and said the GM would call me. She was also very rude. I have yet to hear from the GM, but after giving 1 start review on google the owner responded via google, but I am still awaiting a call.

I went to get two pieces of glass, showed up to the store, and had to call someone just to get in the door, not only were they not helpful they told me it would take 6 weeks to cut two pieces of glass, that’s absurd. I went to Danny’s glass in Yorktown and they did it for the the second I walked in, if you need help or glass go to Danny’s this place ain’t it, oh and they only have 4 parking places so hope you don’t need to park lolz.

I just refinished an antique vanity and needed a new mirror. Vince helped me out and was awesome. The mirror came back two weeks earlier then what he estimated and it looks great! If I ever need anymore work done I will definitely be going back to Goodman’s!

In the past month I have had to call upon Goodman Glass to cut me a couple of glass tops for two end tables that I wanted glass tops on. Goodman cut the glass perfectly and at a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service. My only problem would be that 5pm closing time. Maybe 5:30? 🤷🏾‍♂️

We had window glass replaced in six floor to ceiling windows last spring by Goodman Glass. The man who came out to do the estimate was incredibly kind (he had an exchange with my mother that left her very impressed with him as a person) and very professional. He was knowledgeable about a safety issue with the size windows we had that another company didnt even mention in their estimate. They came to replace the glass and did a fantastic job, the windows look great. They were on time and worked diligently. I highly recommend Goodman Glass and will go back to them for sure.

Another great window replacement job by Goodman Glass. Weve been converting some older half and quarter- round windows to low-E glass and these were old M&W windows which are a challenge (theyre not designed to disassemble without a fight). But that did not deter Tony the installer who was always up to the task and was always very careful working around the inside of the house and out; great attention to detail, and always so polite. Mike and his installation crew are super to work with, and reasonable from a value perspective. Highly recommended.

Got a quote very quickly and the glass was delivered and installed expeditiously. The installer even helped us with a minor door repair when he was there. Excellent service above and beyond! It’s such an inconvenience that I had and appointment On Friday to come here and the wrong windshield was ordered so I had to ride around with a broken window until Monday. I had to get a state inspection done so my car failed then I went on Monday to have to sit and wait for hours to get my windshield replaced after making another appointment not only that, there aren’t any restrooms for their customers to use. It was raining and I had to walk to a nearby establishment in order to use the restroom. I would never have chosen to do business with Goodman glass had I known 1. I was gonna be there all day bad experience won’t recommend this business to anyone just prayerfully the windshield will be replaced correctly

FRAUD! Dont ever pay Goodman with your debit card. If you are late with payments they will take money out of your account without permission. They dont care about their customers. The owner is a very nasty person. That company is the devil.
