Always looking to push the blame onto someone else. Its never their fault. No sense of urgency for customers, especially loyal customers. Management is poor. Treats their employees as if they are nothing but a number.

This company does not put their customers as #1 priority. My restaurant was overlooked for their 6-month inspection and when I called THEM to have it set up 2-months LATER before a big inspection was to occur at my restaurant, they would not remediate to fix their error until the following week. To top it off, the service manager or supervisor will not take my phone call to speak with me about this issue. I am a professional and this is not how I handle my business. I am moving my business elsewhere and I urge you to do the same.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you are looking to have work done one month later. The employees in their office never pick up their phones and are always unavailable. No sense of urgency and take their damn time doing business. Save yourself a headache and call someone else for your fire protection needs. I never write reviews unless the experience is totally unbearable...needless to say: This company is complete GARBAGE.

Went to have fire extinguisher checked. Friendly and quick. Cost $8.

Never showed for yearly inspection or called. No company people are answered the phones, only a answering service. Last year they should have brought me a fire extinguisher they claimed needed something repaired. I am short a fire extinguisher I already paid for and never received back.
