Courtney was very professional and kept me informed. My laptop was moving very slow and now it works as if its brand new! I’ve been here a few times to fix my phone and never had any problems. Also, they always offer the best screen protectors. All the workers are very initiative and helpful. I was having issues with my computer running slow and I was not able to do a hard reset. So I took my computer in to get it checked out and I must say Chris and Raheem greeted me with the utmost customer service. They were extremely helpful and nice and they fixed my computer in a few hours (YES)! The store is a must for your one stop shop.

It would have been 0 stars if that was an option. I went to the Hampton store for a screen repair! My phone screen was broke but texts and calls still came in.When I picked up the phone 40 mins later it was in the middle of a system recovery. My phone never reconnected to cellular data, WiFi or Bluetooth. There is no connection what so ever. I went back to the store they gave me the run around for 2 days. Then said they tried everything and this was an iPhone problem. I take the phone to apple to find out they internally damaged the phone hardware when they fixed the screenThe only response they had when I contacted them about the damage was to offer to seek me another device discounted. No help and no remorse that my phone was ruined.Maybe this review will get their attention. But DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH THE OHONE AT ALL. BUY A NEW ONE OR GO STRAIGHT TO APPLE. Basically I paid them 159 to finish breaking my phone

Professional, reasonably priced laptop screen repair, for us. They called when the replacement screen was delivered, and installed it in about 45 minutes. Cell phones repairs appear to be their bread and butter, and the owner actually does things right, not just looking to make a buck.While we were waiting, one of the techs took a phone over to the owner (who was at a workbench doing fine repairs,) to ask about a possibly damaged cell phone battery. Rather than just glance at it and say replace it, he pulled out a magnifying glass, and carefully studied the damage before determining if was a risk (lithium cells that are damaged are a serious fire hazard, waiting to happen.) I appreciated that he actually took the time to make sure it actually needed replacement before just going ahead.

Mr fix is amazing. Everyone is good people great attitude and if we encounter a problem they were right there to fix it. Shout out to the manager Chris who not only fixed the screen but also cleaned the camera and fixed the battery. Amazing people and will be returning if I break any other phone

If I could give a zero rating I would. I got my phone fixed a few months ago and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my phone. My phone goes blank and freezes up to where I can’t use it. I have to wait for it to die before i can use it. They put some kind of film over my front camera you can’t even see through my camera lens on the front. I can’t believe I paid 300 dollars for the crappiest repair. I dropped my phone in my house off of my couch and the screen shattered. I supposedly paid for the best product they have. What a JOKE!

I decided to bring my HP laptop in to Mr.Fix due to dropping it onto its side and busting up the power button and outer case. Within a few days they called me back and diagnosed the issue right away. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone was professional and polite. A huge shout-out to Pinky for the great customer service and professionalism. Went in to get a battery replacement for a Pixel XL. Was not called back after a week, so I had to go in to see what was happening. The part had not been ordered by mistake. The part was then ordered and a week passed, but again did not get a call back once it arrived. Contacted the store and came in to get the replacement service done. My screen was cracked in the process and the store did not have any available replacements to fix this that day. A new screen had to be ordered and shipped with an additional fee for overnight to get it in tomorrow. Came in the next day and worked with the lead technician Chris aka Pinky. He was fantastic, very professional and understanding of my situation. Pinky got my issue fixed and worked with his management to help compensate me for my earlier service experience.

My family and I have been captive to our house and computers due to the pandemic, and we depend heavily on our access to the various websites in order for my kids to complete their school work. Suddenly I lost sound, video access, and microphone access to our laptop that is the only computer we use for school. I called to multiple places and Mr. Fix was the most affordable location for the diagnosis and fix. I brought my computer thinking I would have to leave it for weeks (as i was told by best buy and other tech fix stores). I met Justin, Josiah, and Caleb, at the desk. They were all very professional and I noticed immediately they took precautions seriously. Every one wore a mask and I was required to wipe down my computer before turning it over to them. They each looked at my laptop and within 5 minutes my computer was fixed and able to play a you tube video. These guys were amazing! I would easily go back to them and I would recommend anyone to take their broken electronics to these professionals.

They pressure you to get protection plan which it should be included when you order a glass protection screen . Weeks later my my screen end up cracking again and not the protection screen ????? Does that make sense ? How my phone screen crack. But not my protective screen I ordered for my phone to be protected . Y’all make sure you guys really know if the screen protector works !

Brought in our MacBook Pro that had a busted screen. Initially had a small communication issue with our insurance but that got worked out easily. Chris did the actual work and was super quick, friendly, and got it done in same day. If I ever need another electronic repaired they will be my first stop.

Trashy. Screens are cheap. They ask for a review when you pick up you device for a discount. Then when you get home after giving them a good review. You stuff will mess up. Straight trash. Don’t go here there review are given for discount. Not honest stars!

Brought my daughter’s computer here end of day Wednesday due to the setup process continued to loop on me. Was told would be ready next day Thursday if not, definitely Friday. Came Friday after they called and said it was ready, they being Courtney. Wasn’t ready because she accidentally downloaded temp software onto the computer and I sat there for a hour or so for them to try and download the correct software. Came Saturday because they said it would be ready again. Still downloading software. Sunday she said come Monday so the master tech could take a look. Still couldn’t get it to work. Couldn’t admit they weren’t able to do something so simple she blamed the drive and it being a “lemon”. Brand new computer and I had just opened it. Why keep pretending you could fix it? What Master Tech? Never again. Maybe good with phones but definitely not master anything after that and do not give them your computer if you care anything about it. Wasted my time and money. Gave a chance to this place during these tough times when my brother, who received his masters in computers, easily fixed it 🤨

I wish I could had left a positive comment but, I cant. The first time I was there it was quick and fast broken screen repair on my phone. This time has been the worst and, cant say I will return. I dropped my computer off on the 15th and needless to say I still dont have it back. I need the screen to be repaired. I paid the deposit and I was told it would be ready by that following Wednesday. When I called about it they said they still had not received the screen and, that it doesnt typically happen because they choose 2 day shipping. I than called Friday and it still hadnt come in. I am the one who has had to call every couple of days. Not one time was I called as a courtesy letting me know what was going on. To think the amount of money I am having to pay for this is ridiculous. I even asked about getting compensation for the wait and, I was told no. At this point I dont know when I am going to get my computer back and, I am beyond angry. Here it is the 25th 10 days later and nothing.

They gave me a $95 quote Saturday Evening. I came back today, Monday early afternoon, and the same 2 guys were working again. This time however instead of $95 less than 48 hours later the new price is now $165!!! I said you just told me 95 less than 2 days ago. This guy had the nerve to say, well the price of parts can change! I am going to contact the owner. BEWARE!!!

Finally, after a whole month, they returned my mac. The tasks were very simple, find if the hard drive is working and if there is a easy fix for my broken/water damaged mac. I could have done it myself but I did not have time. Since they were taking unusually long time, I watered down the job even more: only check if the hard drive is intact. After a month, their diagnosis was: there are a lot of bad sectors in the hard drive and we can not help you recover it . I brought my broken mac to home and out of a hunch, I open it up and remove the hard-drive from it. I then connected it to my new mac. Guess what! the hard drive is still working fine, no missing file, there is no bad sectors or anything of this nature !! The whole process took me less than an hour! To save some time, I ended up making 6 trips to the store and spent $60 plus I had to complete it on my own time. They probably have tried their best but I shall not give them any credit for that; they knew that they are incapable of carrying out this project, I do not understand why they should take my case in the first place. Incompetence and deception make people professional this days! what a pity!
