Mrs. Martha has been taking care of me for as long as I can remember. She always gives me good advice and keeps me up-to-date with anything new that Ace has going on. She Always does her job in a quick but very professional manner. I I am always happy to see Miss Martha and will continue to use ACE for my check cashing services.

Called to inquire about the sales associate position. Very interesting phone call... manager by the name of Martha answered the phone. I asked if the hiring manager was in and she goes mm mm, no maam, and started to tell me to have a good day. I stopped her and asked if she knew when they would be in. She responded that she didnt know when shed be in, and again almost started to tell me to have a good day. I asked if there was a manager and she said she was a manager.. which didnt seem right because her tone, attitude, and responses truly said OTHERWISE. So I asked, youre a manager and dont know when your hiring manager will be in? She then asked if I could hold for a moment. I kindly said sure, and waited for five. I hung up the phone and called back. When she answered she asked if I could hold for a moment, and I told her I only wanted to know how to spell her name so I could leave this review. She rudely told me and asked if I could hold for a moment because she was really busy; so I hung up the phone instead.This situation - dealing with the manager - has really made me reconsider. I dont believe I would like to have any dealings with this company. Just judging from how the manager (or one of the possible many managers) of the store is, Im sure it would be an unstable environment; yet, they need employees. Hence, why theyre hiring. I encourage others to do their research before dealing with this location/company in any way.

Stop changing people information in your system in which causes issues for people to acquire a loan. I needed a loan that day and somehow my information was changed in your system causing me to wait 2 days for my loan to be approved. Then want to charge high interest rates. Martha was great helping me resolve the issue but this is unacceptable. I have gotten 2 loans with no problem then this. Leave people information alone without their knowledge. Then all you can say is sorry for the inconvience.?. How about cut that interest rates for having me run back and forth.
