They had lost my orders for my first visit. Lost the samples after second visit. And for my third visit they did not take all the requested samples.Guess it’s hard to find good help nowadays.

The place looks great but the staff is terrible. They should be ashamed. The rudest people in the healthcare industry I have ever met. They should all be fired if they dont like helping people and give an attitude.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I went in for lab work and I am a hard hit, they stuck and poked at me after I tried to help them and guide them where they could get blood, ( where previous doctors offices had luck ). They completely did their own thing and hurt me multiple times. Once I was finished it was obvious I was irritated and was ready to go, they proceeded to be sarcastic and nasty to me as I was leaving. I would not recommend this place for ANYONE! Go to a different one if you’re able to!

Don’t even bother with this place. Rude and it takes forever to speak with someone on the phone!

Better to use a Walgreens LabCorp facility rather than regular drug screen centers. I incurred a 90-minute wait at this LabCorp facility.

My experience with Meka was great. She was so nice and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this facility as it is convenient and clean and the customer service was superb!

Very clean and comfortable. You can check in on kiosks when you first walk in. The technicians were friendly and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Nicest LabCorp Ive ever been to.

Guess I need to be greeted with respect and get more help with check in.........

Nurses are incredibly nice. Very fast blood draws. Facility is also super clean.

Horrible service. people are rude. place is nasty. and expect to wait wayyyy longer than you would anywhere else. I was told I was next 4 times and watched 4 other people get called back ahead of me. I wouldnt go back to this labcorp if I was literally about to die

Theyll take your money for payment and then send you bills, collection notices, and even DELINQUENCY LETTERS for the next month. Their email will only respond to ask that you format your information in a specific way and then never get back to you, meanwhile theyll keep sending you letters to say that you havent paid them. I havent been able to speak to a real person on the phone in the last month Ive been trying, the automated voice just says I can press 2 to pay them AGAIN or go to their useless website to file a complaint which will, of course, never be addressed because trying to contact them for any reason other than to pay them again is as good as shouting into the void. ROTTEN! FIX THIS!

The rudest staff I have ever met. I took my sample in the wrong room and the lady yelled at me I said it goes on the other room!!

They do not accept my insurance even though the pdf insurance list on their website states they do. They could have contacted me after I preregistered and told me but noooooo, I had to wait two days and find out from the receptionist after rushing from Chesapeake to make my appointment. I drank my weight in water just so I could give a specimen in a timely manner. Thanks LabCorp for jacking up my whole morning. I’m tempted to leave a “specimen” right outside the front door but I’ll cut my losses and be the bigger person this time.

Clean facility, close parking, very wonderful staff! I told them I get woozy at blood draws and they let me sit there after the draw and brought me water and talked to me until I was good to go.

They had been busy all day and yet were still effecient, very skilled and friendly!

Lab corp is open M-F 9am-4pm and Sat 9am-11am not M-F 8am-5pm and Sat 8am-12pm. You cannot make appointments at the site but have to go online.

LabCorp is open mon-Friday 9am-4pm andSaturday 8am-11am

Slow

Made an appointment and still had to wait over 30 mins. The rude receptionist told me I was next twice and two others still went ahead of me. Will not be returning.

Everyone was rude and disrespectful.
