The woman that works thereis extremely rude and bossy. I dont plan to come back until either her attitude changes or she is gone. This used to be a good place.

I’ve waited for my mom in the past two sessions she’s had and every time I’ve waited it’s always the same outcome. My mother had always requested a pixie cut and the cut has always been too short to be called a pixie cut. Nearly shaved off. She went in just a week ago and this time was really the point in me writing this review. For some odd reason they left strands of the cut hair still on her face which trailed down onto her neck. As well as one side-burn was shaved whilst the other was still long and in tact. This lack of care occurred both times, from now on I’ll recommend my mother to great clips. Or at least somewhere and someone who’s able to achieve the correct haircut my moms been asking for.

At 3:30 in the afternoon my wife and I showed up to this location to get her hair cut only to find a store that from the outside looking in looked open and operational. But when we went to enter the store the doors were locked and no one could be seen inside. I even tried calling this location to see if I could get ahold of whatever employee is suppose to be on the floor.

Who knew they did color! They temporarily dye my hair a different color each month. Great service, great hours, great staff. Imani is great Manager and stylist.

Cut was a little too short and the eye brows were way too thinkBut the lady was super nice.

They absolutely ruined my moms hair, didn’t listen to her at all. Then they gave her a senior discount that she doesn’t even look old enough for! They were so rude and didn’t care about what the customer wanted.

Very satisfied and happy with their work, highly recommend.

Came in not knowing I needed an appointment but they still took care of me... been here 2 times and the lady Courtney Dee cut my hair just like I wanted im in Hampton for 60 days and Ill be back every Fri

Always the best! I have been to the more expensive salons in town and paid 5 times more than the cost at Supercuts and had a bad cut I had to wait to grow out. I have a stylist I see regularly at Supercuts and he does not disappoint.Thank you, Marvin.

Showed up and had 1 person paying in the store. I was in a rush but waited patiently as this man paid. No acknowledgement to me. Then someone showed up after me and the lady asks him if he needs help before acknowledging me. Finally he points to me and the lady asks what I need, as if Im here to just hang out. I say Id like a haircut and she asks for my name...ok, heres my name...then she proceeds to tell me she cant find me in the system...great can I just get a haircut? Finally, the guy behind me butts in and says he just needs a shapeup real quick and she says yes!!

Mostly good barber shop with decent prices. Most of the beauticians are good, some are not so good. The call ahead service never works- even if I book a time, the staff will call those in the waiting room first before calling me. Ive never gotten a bad haircut here though.

Brought my son in on a Friday and had Marvin cut his hair, he did a fantastic job! Very nice man, I would recommend him anytime!

I went in, all natural, for a cut- short in the back long in the front. The man told me that he doesn’t do shampoo and condition, then proceeded to DRY CUT my KINKY, NATURAL hair. When I washed it and straightened it it looked TERRIBLE. I was too tired to go back up there and let him jack it up more, so left it. They do well for my children, two boys, who get trims and shaves. But I never came back here for myself; I found it unnerving that instead of saying he wasn’t skilled, he went ahead and tried. The wait times here are ALWAYS terrible. I have two kids who need a haircut, and there’s no reason to have us waiting fifteen minutes when there’s two people available in the back gossiping. They don’t take appointments even though they really should due to the volume of customers they get and the lack of staff. I would suggest spending the extra money and going somewhere that can provide fast, friendly service that will leave you with a style that looks great regardless of your hair type.

Absolutely the best place to get a great haircut at a decent price. Stylists are friendly and professional. Only place I trust to do my hair exactly like I want it. Have been to other place (HC) in the past and was actually told by a Master Stylist that she would not cut my hair short because women shouldnt have short hair. Needless to say, I left and transferred loyalties to Supercuts. Have been using the one at Hampton Roads Parkway for almost 5 years now. Love them!

Newly redesigned. Great place for an everyday haircut at an average price.

Its now 1108 on Sunday and its still not open. Google and sticker on door plainly say opens 11am on a Sunday. Thanks for making me drive around and look for a place that opens on time.
