I dont know if anyone has had to get an appliance repair guy lately, but its IMPOSSIBLE to get a next-day appointment right now. Brian came the next day to see my busted fridge, quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the necessary part for me(I was beyond lucky the part was in stock).As soon as the part arrived, he picked it up and was over at the house installing it. Real salt of the earth dude, Brian. Cant say enough good things about him.

We had an issue with our dryer motor and it was not functioning. We found Appliance Specialists on Google and Brian was able to come out the next business day. Brian was able to quickly take apart the dryer and diagnose the problem. Furthermore, he was able to acquire the part in two days and had the dryer repaired quickly and professionally before the week was out. I would highly recommend having Brian perform any appliance repair you might have.

Brian was able to schedule service for the next day. He texted me several times to let me know he was on the way to my home and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He diagnosed the problem with our freezer quickly, had the needed part on his truck and replaced it, to get the freezer back in operating order. His price was very reasonable and we will definitely call him again for needed repairs.

Brian gave a time frame in which he would arrive, and once there, diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Repair was quick and running like a dream.

Brian came out to repair a faulty dryer heater. He diagnosed the issue right way and fixed it on the spot. He took the dryer apart quickly, replaced a new part, and reassembled it. Even provided tips on how to prevent it from future damage and from over heating. Public Laundromats are way too expensive nowadays, so this was a much needed repair. Knowledgeable. Quick Service. I was in a panic because my new freezer stopped working and I was worried about losing everything. Brian was nice enough to come by the same day and fixed the freezer. He also gave us some information on how to stop the issue from happening again. He also called the next morning to check to make sure the freezer was still working OK. Brian was easy and quick to schedule with, no fuss, no extra selling etc. He came out when he said without us having to call and find out where he was (experience we’ve had sometimes in the past with service calls from various places) and quickly identified the issue. Very prompt. Brian was able to give me a diagnosis on my washer the same day I called. Told me it could be fixed, he even had the part, most importantly informed me how it would be better to get a new one ( it was old). He didnt try to sell me on a quick-fix which normally leads to more headache and more money spent. I recommend and will call Brian if needed for appliances.

Lowes put me on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up. Another repair service couldnt get to me for 3 weeks. Brian scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. He gave me an estimate of his costs and arrived on time. He had to order a part which arrived sooner than anticipated and had us up and running within 30 minutes.We will definitely call him again!

Never even showed up after making an appt. I understand emergencies happen, but calling and giving a heads up you’re not coming is the polite thing to do. People take off time from work for this.

This was the worst experience ever with any service I’ve encountered. We called Appliance Specialist to fix a leak with our washer machine. Brian’s service call was a flat $80, he came and examined our appliance for 5 minutes and said we used too much soap. This did not fix our problem, so we called him back. He then said it’s the drain pump and he’ll need to make an order for the part so we’ll have to wait, which isn’t a big deal. The day came, and he went to change the drain pump. Still the leak wasn’t fixed and we payed him over $200 for that visit. A few things happen on this visit, a part was broken and we didn’t know if he did it or not, but he didn’t want to find a way to help us fix it. He didn’t check to see if it still leaked for the full cycle which it did. As the machine was filling he said “ see there’s no leakage” but where he failed as a specialist was that the leak happens after the spin cycle when the water starts to drain. Brian wasn’t professional. He was rude, impatient, and a fraud.

My ice maker wasnt working so I did all the googling and playing around with water lines in the back and thought I had determined that a 70$ part was the problem. Rather than replacing it I went onto Frididaires website to see if there was a certified tech in my area and at how much. It was worth it to me to have it checked in case I was wrong. I was very wrong. I would have never looked at the gear that he found. And thats all it was. The most important stuff for me is that specialist that comes out is clear about arrival time, is knowledgeable and can fix my problem promptly. This gentleman was very clear about when he would be there via texts, he knew the machinery very well and the problem was fixed within an hour. Stuff that isnt as important to me but I value in a repairman interaction, is that he did not talk down to me, he did not BS me and he was generally very friendly. He followed up the day after work was completed. I will definitely give this company business in the future.

We had a hunch that our washing machine may be leaking. We found Brian online and he came out very quickly, found the problem, and fixed it. Very professional, knew what he was doing, fairly priced. Will use again.
