Once again I am not a happy commercial customer. They left me in a terrible fix, overflowing dumpster and a holiday weekend with hundreds of campers arriving. I called Monday for a Thurs pickup something I have done regularly for weeks. No pickup. They said they were sorry, that it was human error, but they are not sorry enough to send a truck and remedy the mess. What am I to do?Changed to 4 stars. They sent a truck on Friday. Not my normal day. Thats the way customer service should be. One star off for initial screw up and waiting for me to scream before fixing it.
For over 5 years we gladly paid for Casellas services, which were dependable and reliable with no issues whatsoever. The end of August 2020 until a week ago I was on the phone every other day because our trash wasnt being picked up. I was told, so sorry, someone will be there tomorrow and double up the days of pickup only to wait, and wait, and no one showed up. For 2 1/2 MONTHS, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. WE WERE STILL BILLED THE $89 A MONTH!!! Our cat was attacked by a racoon due to animals being drawn to the trash. Myself and my Disabled Husband spent every day picking up trash around our yard from animals getting into our dumpster and dragging garbage everywhere. Last week a guy showed up and took our dumpster!! The explanation given was that there was a unsafe pickup spot. 5 years, no problem. We have heard from several different sources that this has happened to them as well and that this company is starting to loose clients.
The scale attendant is downright the nicest fellow you could meet.
