Very poor service & communication with customer.We communicated thru text, (which I still have) I explained I was having problems and thought my line was plugged and needed it cleared. He told me no I needed my tank pumped. (mind you he had never been to my house to look, this was thru texting.) I told him I didnt think so because I could look down into my tank and the level was well below the incoming line. He told me I was looking in the wrong tank, the tank I needed to look in was burred and would have to be dug up. Not knowing much about septic s, I asked him to look at it and give me an estimate. several different occasions I asked for estimate so I would know how much it would cost so I would have the money BEFORE. He never gave me any price. I had made signs for him and he had to pick them up so told me he was on his way to pick them up and would look then. I was expecting him to give me a quote to do it, instead he called me and wanted to know how I was going to pay him $425 for pumping the tank! I asked What? I didnt tell you to pump the tank, I needed the price first to know if I could afford it or when I would have it. He hollered and screamed at me for a few minutes then put his wife on the phone. I tried explaining again if she would read the texts she would see I never said to pump it, I had asked several times for a price first and never got one. but I would pay them when my SS check came in a week. She apologized for the misunderstanding. But meanwhile he went out and emptied his truck into MY septic filling it to the top.Just a very unprofessional individual, I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Horrible company. Nothing but issues and very unprofessional.
