My whole experience with Xtreme inflatables was great. Customer service, delivery time and pick up time even the option to pay balance in cash was very convenient. Only issue when paying in cash at time of delivery, Xtreme does not offer a receipt. Delivery guys very accomadating to write a receipt and we both signed. Will rent from them again.

I will never rent anything else from them again. I ordered a bouncy house for 2 days (48 hours). They delivered it early Sunday morning and pick up time wasnt until 7pm that following Monday but they decided to come get it at 12 MIDNIGHT while we were SLEEPING. Woke up to loud noise and they were outside packing up the bouncy house even though we had it for plenty more hours. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

Ive rented from plenty of companies but this company was the first that I ever had a pleasure renting from. They texted the night before to give an estimated time they would arrive. Not only did they arrive when they said but it was 2.5 hours before the time slot I rented for which means more fun on the water slide. The setup was great (a little slanted but it worked). They were supposed to pick up the next day at 10:30 but the whole subdivision lost power. I texted extreme inflatables and they didnt pick up until later on which I thought was kind of them.The only suggestion I would make is if they could text when they are picking up the rental before arriving. I say this because my youngest is special needs and when the guys came to pick them up my son was on the water slide and didnt want to get off (typical of any kind), he has a hard time with communication so it was a little difficult. However, the guys picking up were patient and understanding and just waiting until I got him off.All and all this is a very great understanding company.

Informing me when arriving onsite for drop off to even event pick up. The owner himself went above and beyond to make sure the Rockwall was delivered the night prior due to challenges the morning of. That too me speaks volumes. The crew on site was friendly and helpful while onsite for our company event.If you are looking for a great and reliable company look no farther. I fully recommend Xtreme Inflatables of LA, to anyone and look forward to utilizing them for all outdoor company functions in the future.

I ordered just a regular bounce house. It was bigger than I expected. The price was good! Kids loved it. I only talked to the delivery guy, my husband met him. Very nice on the phone, husband said he was nice they talked while the bounce house was being put up. He arrived early(awesome)! It just wasn’t a hassle at all, this was my first time getting a bounce house. So we chose the right company!!! Will definitely be using them again!!!!! Thank you all👍🏼
