As a new customer, I was pleased with the wire guys however, I took off work due to an 8-12 installation appointment. It is 7:45pm and not one word from anyone. This is not a way to run a business. As 45year customer of Spectrum I needed a change for the better. I am not sure I made a good choice.

I have tried every service out there and always felt like just another number, that is until I found Vexus Fiber. If you ever want to feel like your opinion matters this is the way to go, after talking with William Dickinson, I not only felt like I was a part of a family but I also felt like I had a say in how my service was handled. Vexus Fiber is a 10/10 and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I was afraid to have Vexus internet service but since they offered free installation and free month i have decided to give it a try, because it showed confidence, so i thought maybe they are good. But guess what? I was totallly right! i got the service on september 21st and since then i could not even use it few hours in a row! Since the day first they are having outage, like every single day and long long hours. When they do not have an outage i can not use it properly. If my phone has wifi my computer doesnt, if the computer has my husbands phone doesnt! And no matter what i do it does not work with my Apple tv at all! I am glad that i did not cancel my Spectrum service depending on Vexus! Sorry, by the october 20 i am returning it! I hope they keep their promise and do not charge for the first month and a for the uninstallation!
The reviews are understandable but are outdated, Ive had them and after May its been really good. I have the fastest speed than any other provider and the price is 2x lower than any other company. Id rate 6 stars if I could!
I understand they had growing pains in May, but Ive noticed theyve been AAA quality since then. Im paying less than I ever did with Spectrum and my stuff is fast as hell so Im staying.
Vexus Fiber has treated me well since I switched over to them. Their service is much cheaper and faster than the previous companies I’ve used.
If you are wondering what Internet to get after hurricane Ida? Vexus is that company! One of the more pleasurable experiences Ive ever had! I live in Amite and Spectrum or Viasat hasnt helped me yet and I had a manager from Vexus visit my apartment and save $82 on my internet bill... 💅🏾💅🏾Ive dealt with a lot of internet companies in my life, but never had I had such a attentive group of people make sure I was taken care of like this. They were so sweet and respectful when inside too.I was afraid with Ida that their service wouldnt work but it has held strong and seems to be the only working internet while being the fastest and cheapest in price for internet. Reviews seem to be mixed, but my experience was unlike any other.

I have never been a person to let review sway me for making a decision. But I must honestly say that I was wrong, when I saw the reviews at first concerning this company. This company is a rip offthat have tried to charge me $50 for a reconnect fee when my service was never disconnected. Do not sign up with this company run far away, at this point Cox is better than them and they are known for ripping people off.
Patrick was very informative and gave me a much better deal than I previously had with Spectrum. The internet has been amazing!! No complaints
Worst internet you can buy. Tells you its faster then any other provider but it might be the slowest Ive been on.
I switched from having Spectrum Internet for 10 years in the Abita Springs area. It worked great for about 1 month. now my Vexus internet connects and drops 24/7. Cant stream or play games online. I called support and was told its a known issue in the area and that it should be fixed by the 17th. That was almost a month ago. I would avoid them for now.

I think we need to get paid to have Vexus not pay them. This service is really bad. I have DVR and I cant even watch the whole show because there is a service problem. Very annoying. And then I end up having to watch it on my firestick. Im pretty sure we are going back to Spectrum.
It is cheaper than spectrum for sure, didnt cut it in half. Git the full service and has worked great fir us in town.Thats what I said then, after a month of service.Now. $50 reconnect fee. No one had to come to the house. Had late fees that they should have waved. Pandemic makes it harder. Service was horrible in their office in Hammond. Asked for a manager to call me and one never did. Not paying the last last bill. They can suck on a nasty sock.
I am so glad I didn’t cancel my spectrum service. I’ve had vexus for 5 days and it’s been absolutely horrible. I knew I wanted to cancel service by the second day but decided to give them a few more days. Today my upload speeds are 228.5Mbps, download is 10.9Mbps. We were promised 1Gig upload and download. Needless to say I canceled vexus today. Funny thing is, I had no problems what so ever with spectrum I was just trying to save a few dollars. The $10 I would’ve been saving wasn’t even worth it. Since VEXUS took over the service have been horrible. When the former NTS had the accounts, only time I remember services being out is due to a line being cut by another company installing lines, and this was not at any fault of NTS., With Vexus services or in and out and customers not made aware, call about the status of the restoration and the rep seem so unconcerned and could not even give an estimate of restoration or to say whats going on. They can do better, when its working the internet service is awesome. Just need better customer service and better communication with customers. Quick to interrupt service for non-payment but slowful in regards to keeping customers informed.
I have had constant internet connection issues, since switching to Vexus. I cannot get through a single TV show without the internet disconnecting several times. I have reported the problems to customer service a few times and receive excuses with no help or resolution. I would not recommend this service to anyone!
Had them for a year about, could never reliably cast upstairs and had spotty service all over the house, even with the beacon for ethernet, your better off going with spectrum. These people arent worth it.
Vexus fiber is a NO BRAINER! Best decision was to leave spectrum and upgrade to fiber internet!!!

Weve had residential service with NTS since they came to Hammond, LA. All was good until about the last year when we have had frequent internet outages. Each time, NTS assumes the problem is within our house. They never seem to be aware of upstream outages, or at least dont admit to them. Not sure what is going on, but fiber optic service should be the best and most reliable. That is currently not the case.
Ive been having trouble with this cable and WiFi service since I became a customer in January. My tv freeze up all the time. It goes black, and my wifi is always acting up as well. No good signal. Only a few lousy tv channels worth watching.Im trying to stick with it, but some things need to improve. No one should be paying their money on services that they cant enjoy.
Edited Was great a few years ago, now we have total outage 3 to 4 times a month. Often more. Support never tells you what the problem is, like it is NEVER their problem and then offers to send a technician 3 to 4 days later to check your equipment. Post review: Customer service contacted us and the the tech we usually see, came out We still are experiencing intermittent, albeit of short duration, outages six months later. Now that Vexus has taken over the outages continue. We have a tech come out last week that was sure the problem was addressed on our EMS. But I think outages are from their equipment and rhey dont admit when there services are down. We are so so so sick of this
I do not recommend any business to have a service contract with this company. Do not EVER sign a multi-year contract. Any multi-year contract with this company will definitely keep you in a bind. Their service is horrible and they will never take any responsibility. Instead, they will ask you to upgrade the service and pay more. I have found their business practice to be the utmost unethical. I have several problems and tried to fix them through the Better Business Bureau to no avail. It is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any businesses.

My pre-tax bill hasnt been correct since I added TV service to my Business Account, in October. I was also charged for the TV service starting on the day that i added it to the account; the technician didnt come to install the equipment until two weeks later.It has been 3 months since I first inquired about the issue and for the past three months I still have yet to receive a correct bill.

I dont think this is a real company. It took a month and a half for them to figure out if I had fiber and I can see the fiber box in front of my house.
Terrible.. Received my first bill in the mail and it stated delinquent. Paid it and without receiving another my service was disconnected today without warning!!Service is terrible as to corporate and local communication.Internet is not as fast as advertised, especially with the $25 Belkin modem they supply for a fee!!Cable service also of poor quality. I have had to reboot over 10 times in roughly 4 months.
I cant comment on the internet because we never were able to get it. There communication was horrible though. They told us someone would be coming to check the place on the 3rd and then they would call us to make the appointment for installation. Waited a few days after the 3rd without a call from them and then called them and they said they would be here on the 9th to install it. I call back today to see what time and my sales agent tells me Monday now but then I called the local office to see what they can do and they tell me oh we cant even service your building I dont understand why they couldnt have called and let me know last week after the person came out so I could go ahead and get another ISP to my place.

Weve had Vexus for about 2 weeks now and their service is EXTREMELY unreliable. The signal comes and goes with no rhyme or reason. I appreciate that that are less expensive than charter or at&t, but I find the suffice itself to be subpar.
