Gluth Brothers was suggested to my husband and myself from my parents who had some work done to repair their roof. After calling several companies to get quotes on work we took the recommendation from them. I called to set up an appointment. I was told on one had to be home and someone would be out in a week. Week past and no response. I called back asking if the technician had come out. They let me know due to the rain the technician was unable, which was completely understandable. Was then told it would be another week. It is now a month and a half later and nothing. I called again the beginning of this week to ask and no call back. I understand they are busy but we were potential customers too.

Jack was a super nice guy that did the estimate and set everything up the crew that did the roof did amazing job and did it in one day
