Went in to look at some rental machines last week and get advice on different machines to use clearing a few acres of land. Although the gentleman in the front window was nice and very helpful the lady behind the counter was very rude. As the man left to get paperwork for me to fill out she was saying that he doesn’t know and that’s not his job. That I needed to talk to a rental salesman. I can also hear the lady in the back office cursing at her mechanics and calling them names. She even stated that she wished she could punch them. Based off the previous reviews I would only assume it’s the same disgruntled employee. How she can get away talking like that to people is beyond me. Staff needs a serious wake up call on customer service and harassment in the work place.
I am an outside contractor that was instructed to pick up a d6 dozer to be delivered to another location.the female service manager that I had to deal with was so hateful and so rude she did not even like herself.I do not recommend anybody to do business with this place.
Its a a shame when unloading a truck is more important than taking care of a customerone hour trying to get parts counter and still unloading truckOk I have had two very important phone calls to me from the cat representives..they were really upset at the way things went down and in my opinion they will see to it it never happens to anyone again..when I went to the dealership and talked to the woman who ran the parts counter she was very helpful and informative on the part I needed and found it for me also showing me a picture of it...I think she did a wonderful job as well as the people who reached out to me in dismay at what happened.. I honestly believe comments do work and that they will see to it that noone will ever have to wait for a person to help them out buying,renting or just needing parts..sometimes eyes need to be opened to see the problem..well done cat reps.
The secretary in the service department is the rudest person I’ve ever done business with. She sent a mechanic out to my place to tell me what I already told them was wrong then charged me for more than one charge to come fix my machine. Rates are too high and they aren’t willing to work with you. They need to fire her.lost my business.
