The people in control of the money for people out of work choose to not do the job they are blessed to have. Sad and ironic.

Extremely unprofessional phone call centers. Your information is not safe when calling. The team of managers gambles information and insults/hang up on people often just so they will not have to speak.

Trash!! Nobody knows or can do anything for you. And the hold time is horrible! U hold for 2 hrs. Just to hear someone say, they cant help u, u need to soeak with a supervisor, then u still hold for hours and nothing still doesnt get done!

This is sad that a person cannot be reached. I have trying for 2 weeks to contact a real live human being. All I get are prompts that hang up on you at the end.
