Great people amazing job on cleaning up my tow truck they listened to how I wanted it cleaned and they were on point the lead wash guy gave me great offers and suggestions and it was perfect

HORRIBLETook the pictures at the pilot across the street and this is the job they done. You can see wear I rubbed my finger on the dirt showing that’s it’s just mud not rust. Also on the skirts on the bottom you can see it was not even sprayed with water.

The guys in the bay were nice. Didn’t show me the engine. The lady behind the counter couldn’t read my name off my credit card. Spelled completely wrong, not sure of my tax accountant will take my receipt.Typical blue beacon wash. I will say this. It did look good as long as it was we.Spots and streaks all over my tanks,fenders, and windows. Holding up to the name streaking beacon. Not sure if I’ll go back to this location.Only gave one star because of the friendly staff

I paid $90 for a classic truck wash tractor and trailer. I told them to cover up the rims because they had been polished and I didn’t want them to get brightener on them. They did not cover them up they just told me brightener did not get on them. I got down the road and went to fuel when I got out of the truck I saw that they had not washed the rims at all. I told him I didn’t brightener on them..I didn’t say not to wash them. They looked awful. When I got there it must’ve been close to shift change because the guys acted like they didn’t even wanna wash my truck. Very poor job…The guy walked around with a flashlight acting like he was looking at something but if he would’ve been looking at something he would’ve saw that my rims were not clean.. I guess from now on I have to check it before I leave the truck wash .. I can no longer trust them to do a good job. I won’t be back to this one

They do a good job. If you need chrome polished just ask one of the guys at the blue beacon. There are a couple guys that wonder around the Petri that polish Chrome. They do a good job and they are cheap

Very thorough in washing our truck out,friendly staff

The staff at this location are nice however the wash I would say is not very good. The company I work for only allows a truck wash every so often and its very rare. Drove 50 miles just to get the truck washed and when I asked to see the motor since I had the engine washed the employee opened the hood back up and began spraying more as if he knew they didnt do a good job. Even after I checked it there was still mud on the bumper and other places. Upon opening up the latch that goes to the fuel fuel cap it was obvious they didnt do a good job there either or on the underside or back side of the fuel tanks. I also noticed that they didnt completely get the utility box on the side at the very bottom and near the bottom within an inch of the bottom. The framework still had mud on it. They told me get in and started up and I had to tell him that still had soap on it. Even after they were done rinsing and said they were done I had to point out that there was still bird poop on the passenger mirror. How can you miss something so simple. These guys are probably underpaid and dont really care because its not their vehicle. If it were there vehicle it would be immaculate. You pay a premium price for the service and they try to rush the job and get you out of there after youve been waiting 45 minutes to get in. Overall I can say that this is not an isolated incident as I live in an area and use this Blue Beacon when its time for the truck to be washed. I make sure that I double check and have them spray spots that they missed and even then I still find places that were rushed and missed. If you like a mediocre job on your truck then this might be the place. If you want a good truck wash or a perfect one youre definitely not going to get it here. Its sad to say since this is the local one in my area I should be proud of it but after three times in a row over the past 2 years I can honestly say that they do not get every spot and you need to look at them and watch them like a hawk. Make sure you get your moneys worth and keep an eye on everything and inspect before you leave.

This the worst wash ever I got my truck and trailer and a washout, before you leave out the wash bay you better look in the trailer, they did a bad job, I had to get it rewashed, The customer would not except the trailer

Stopped by with my motorhome after a week and a half road trip. I will be stopping here after every long trip from here on out. Very pleased with the service and final result.

Middle of the night & Ive been waiting in line well over an hour for a washout, because the manager doesnt want to hire enough people to use both wash bays in spite of a steady line of trucks.

Was a pleasant experience, I thought you get your truck washed and the engine wash was included but guess it was worth the extra charge even though I couldnt tell the difference on my engine.

The Worst TRUCK Wash Ever in 10 years. They wash a 1/4 of the truck and charge 100 bucks

They did a good job but they are extremely slow way 2 and 1/2 hours and they had two bays just slow

Come through after midnight. Mr.Don and Damico (new kid) hit every single spot and Mr.Don goes over his work. Old school that takes pride in what he does. Best wash by far. Bet out Nebraska Blue Beacon on I-80 because of the attention to detail.

2 bays, either side for washout, small crew, fast excellent work, fast easy payment. Got a vacume as Ive seen at everyone of them.

Price too high, they missed one tank, didnt even touch it. Missed one rim, half of the back side of the sleeper. Lost my business, Ill not be back!!!

I love this place this is the 1st time ever have I seen them come over after the truck was washed to recheck to make sure the truck was clean so they found some spots that was missed they cleaned it up dryed with towel amazing and they went around and checked all the trucks that got washed I am so impressed I have been to many other cities but this one is by far the best Great service!!!

Owner/Operator of Demajo Logistics came in Friday, June 15 and experienced excellent service by the staff. The trailer hadn’t been washed for about three months so it was a big job. Still, the staff worked diligently and thoroughly, getting every nook and cranny clean. The driver was extremely pleased and would recommend this truck wash to fellow truckers.

Half the crew looked like they had no idea what they were doing, running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Waited in line for 10 years. We ate a full breakfast waiting. Not only that, the trailer didnt even look like we had gotten a washout. There was yogurt all over the walls, doors, & floor. Youd be better off getting back there yourself with bottled water & napkins. I do not recommend.

They did an awesome job. The kid supervising was very picky made sure the guys were getting her clean. He even came out while we were getting the tires shined and cleaned with a rag and cleaner in the spots that were missed. We had a reefer unit splatter oil on the backside and cat walk they did their best and got it all cleaned. Thank you. She is shiney and green again.

We went in yesterday to get the truck washed and trailer wash out, we pulled over and parked right next door and my husband got and looked there is still mud all over the back of the truck and in places it shouldn’t be considering we just paid 77.00 dollars to have it washed. Never had to much of a problem from these guys. But this time the boys just didn’t do a good job. We will think twice before stopping here again.

They just go through the paces without attention to detail. My Tour truck and trailer look o.k., but not great. I take the time to hand polish my wheels and now they look like cloudy film, so they must be re-polished.The back of truck cab is still filthy. Trailer received a descent wash. I am disappointed this time. Guess what? They must hand brush your equipment if you tell them to. Next time I will require them to hand brush everything.😉

There were 4 trucks in front of me and I was there less than an hour!!! Mario and his crew did a great job. I will definitely go back.
