THIS BUSINESS ARE INCONSIDENT, DRIVER ASKED HOW MUCH THEY COVERED FOR HOURS AND SAID THAT $ 320, WHEN THE TRUCK WAS TAKEN FROM THE PLACE WHICH WAS TAKEN TO ONE MILE RETURN AND AT THE TIME OF CHARGING CHARGED $ 489 PER HOUR AND IF NOT PAID, THE TRUCK WAS TAKEN FOR HIS YARD, THATS WHAT WE ADDED THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO ACCEPT MY CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT, THAT I HAD TO PAY YOU WITH COMCHEK, EFS, OR CASH. THAT IS A TRAP ARE NOT PROFECIONAL LITERALLY STEAL YOU IN YOUR FACE. AT THAT WE ADDED THAT THEY HAD TOOK ANOTHER SMALL TOWN TRUCK AND AT NO TIME THEY USED IT, AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE USE OF THAT CRANE THAT WAS NOT USED, WANTED UNLOAD THE TRAILER ACCORDING TO THEM WHY THEY CAN NOT REMOVE THE TRUCK FROM WHERE IT WAS AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE THEM 12 HOURS, THEY WANT TO CONTINUE COLLECTING ME MORE FOR NOTHING IN FRONT OF MY FACE. THE FINAL COLLECTION WAS $ 3840.31 X 4 HOURS

The receptionist can be rude. They will over charge you. I will not recommend them at all. I made a complaint to the commission board. They charged me for fuel twice and had to refund me. I also heard that they are always overcharging people.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!! Picked up be Nicole and dropped it at the garage in the middle of their parking lot to go to Mcdonalds?! What a joke!! If you want reliable, professional service go elsewhere for your towing needs!
