They mostly deal with big semi trucks but can easily accommodate for any vehicle. I thought they were extremely professional and fast. Theyve earned my business in the future. I highly recommend.

My experience at Pomp’s Tire was excellent. Mitch and Joe worked with me to find the right set of tires for my budget. They were both very kind and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The entire process was easy and quick and the service was great! I am very pleased with my experience here and will definitely be returning!

What can I say, they’re simply the best! When it comes down to customer service and the work done finding and installing the best tires, these guys get it done! I especially rave about Joey and Mitch, those two guys are superb employees and helpful in every way possible! Pomps is my only tire service after my experience there.

I got a flat tire on my RV on a trip through the Indiana and was lucky enough to call the Hammond store. They got me right in and determined in short order that the tire was not repairable (side wall damage). They did not have my size but located one and another one of their stores. I had to drive my tow car the next morning to pick up the tire (it was late). They changed the tire and moved another one to better match the drives and tag (3 axle) and had me on my way shortly. I could not have asked for better service from Mitch, John?, and Randy (who actually did the work) as well as the team in Lafeyette where I had to go to pick up the tire. If those two stores are an example of the service level that Pomps gives it one time customers they have a great corporate cultural and hire good people. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

These guys were fast and they treated me well, even when they were busy. I thought it would take hours- I didn’t even have an appointment. I am very happy I went to Pomp’s for used tires for my 53’ dry van. The guy who changed my tires has the best attitude and laugh. I highly recommend them.

Mitch was communicative, took us in right away as agreed over the phone. I asked about a discount on a permanent basis and he gave their sales manager name, he was like it aint up to me, it up to Mike F. so my plan is to get in touch with Mike F within few days and see what he says, maybe we deserve a little price break. We only did one tire, on the trailer. But, since it was an outside tire, if it blows you cant really make it like that too far, so we decided to stop, I called first, we were out in about 30 minutes or so. Yes, this is the place to go when you need to do your tire. Thank you. Afordable, reliable, fast, easy going.

I had a tractor drive tire that was losing air pressure. They found it, tore the tire completely down. I was back on the road with in an hour.

Very nice, very ethical over the top service. Blew a tire and they fixed even though it was closing. Best service has all year.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They charge over $300 for a 3 axle alignment that I could do better with a tape measure.
