I got my muffler replaced here. They showed me under my car and what they all had to do. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and it was ready by the time I got off work. The lovely woman at the front asks like your family! I love that. Good quality work for decent pricing.

I have gone to Coopers Garage two times. Each time Kathi has been integral in helping me get through the steps of my repairs when using an extended warranty. I would have not been able to get through the claims process with our her! My repairs have not taken an extremely long time either.!

The best car service I’ve had in a long time. They’re honest, and they truly care about their customers. They’re willing to work with you and communicate with you. My car is running great and no longer whistles when I accelerate, and the issues I’ve had are now resolved. The receptionist is the sweetest; down to earth, and funny. My experience here has been a breath of fresh air considering all the sketchy shops and off-putting receptionists I’ve met. This is definitely my new spot to go for car services and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

This place is very well worth it on this day 06/29/21 i brought my car in for service dealing with my catalytic converter and got it done in a timely manner and its good quality and everyone from the clerk to the mechanics is so reasonable and professional this is definitely the place to come and i recommend seeing Cesar is works with you in every way that he can they dont nickle and dime you there very honest with you off bat. This is my first time here and i will be returning in the future definitely !

Extremely helpful and polite. I pulled in w a damaged tire and needed to get back on the road ASAP. When I walked in I could see they were rather busy w all bays filled with cars. So the super nice gal behind the counter who could sense we were in a hurry offered to let us borrow some of the shops tools so we could repair on our own which we did. Didn’t expect her to offer free use of some tools but she did. Very cool!

Best experience at a mechanic shop in a few years, they got me in same day I dropped it off and had the repairs completed an entire day early which was 24hrs after I dropped it off. They also through in a part that they missed at initial inspection just to make sure I was safe to go down the road. I will be returning and suggest you do as well.

The front desk worker is friendly and provides great tips on keeping up your car parts and answers any questions one may have upon service. Their work has been timely and I have no issues with poor service or installation issues. An occasional check up phone call maybe needed as the place gets pretty busy.

The is at least my fourth time bringing in my car for different services at this shop. I’ve had my brakes done, front suspension issues and transmission mounts fixed and my car has performed excellent each time afterwards. Cathy is always so upbeat and friendly and truly tries to work with you/. The appearance of the shop is very clean inside and out and most importantly they are practicing social distancing and having requiring masks. I was able to check the status of my repair as well as costs the entire time my car was being repaired. They are truly a top notch repair shop and I recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. I am very grateful to have walked into this shop a few years ago and will continue bringing in my car for repairs as long as Coppers Garage is available!!!

I was on a road trip when I noticed a noise coming from my cars front end. Coopers squeezed me in at the last minute and fixed my car quickly and efficiently. This place is nothing short of amazing! The prices are almost unreal and the service is top notch. I have a Porsche Cayenne and a Porsche Panamera. I used to take my cars to Ghosein European auto works where the service was absolutely horrible, turnaround time was unacceptable. I randomly stopped in here to inquire about getting my car serviced and have been bringing both my vehicles here since. I guarantee you will love the service, prices, and overall experience. If you don’t your repair is on me.

I took my car in for a electrical problem unfortunately they weren’t able to fix it but they did give me great advice and didn’t even charge me for the service because they couldn’t help me. I would go back for any future car problems I have. Ms. Kathy was an amazing person she was honest about everything and very professional.

First and foremost, I wouldnt even think to have come here. I live in Illinois and have not heard of Coopers Garage. Someone I work with recommended the company to me, and after getting quotes in the upper 400s and low 500s to replace brakes, I was absolutely stunned and excited on how they practically came in almost HALF(kind of exaggeration, but you get it) of the cost. They have the best mechanics Ive had to work with, and give you no B.S. Their work was flawless and they told you want you need to know before you leave to make sure everything works perfectly. The lady at the front desk is full of energy and great to work with. She is very nice, and despite overwhelmed with all the work, on top of things!I would highly recommend Coopers Garage to anyone.

Amazing establishment. My car had an exhaust issue with coupling of the catalytic converter to main exhaust pipe. They took it in and had it done in under an hour. Repair and service was well priced. Would definitely take my car back.

The lady at the front desk is very unprofessional. The mechanic replaced something that was working fine, they misdiagnosed my car wasted 300$ to find out it was really my converter that needed to be replaced.

So many thanks to Kathy and the rest of the staff at Cooper’s Garage! My kids and I were stranded in Hammond on our way from Ohio to Wisconsin. After being refused service at another shop because they were closing in 40 minutes, Kathy took us right in and got us taken care of. Our coolant leak was fixed quickly, and they sent us on our way free of charge. The employees were kind and caring, and I was so appreciative of their compassion for our situation. Coopers did a fantastic job on helping me keep my H2 running. The dealer quoted me $10,000 in repairs and I brought it to Coopers for a second opinion. Big John gave me a fair price and told me upfront what needed to be repaired and what could wait. I still have a few things to fix but they fixed it within my budget so that it is safe and reliable until I can gather the cash i need to get the rest of the desired repairs.
