Just moved into my new apartment here and so far I have no complaints! The ladies in the office and maintenance staff are amazing and very responsive to all my questions/ concerns, and the community is actually very quiet. 💕 definitely recommend.

Ive lived here for almost two years now, Ive not had any issues. The property is nice, clean and the new manager is better than the one that moved me in. You cant beat them for the price on a fixed income

At time a no matter how you fix up a plaće to look presentable, some PEOPLE find a way to trash it up. I had to go talk to someone there.

They got a new landlord there and she way better then the last one who used to take people money for they rent and uesd it on her self

Very dangerous place to live. The trash area stays nasty.

Horrible place. Please stay away. The leasing Agent steals your deposit money if you change your mind about moving there. Then tell you to wait 30days. Then after that time is up. They have no record of you paying. STAY AWAY.

Unclean and they like to screw you over.

I’m tired of them. Hammond Police is now involved. Yes over my $200. They lie and steal. I know that leasing agent stole and cash my money order. What type of business lose a $200 money order.

Unfair with friends application. Went there with them as a ride, they applied and put their monthly income. Management said they “made too much”. To be safe the lady then recalculated their income herself. Came within $50 of the original estimation and said that they only qualified for the smallest bedroom place now and they didn’t have any available. POS dirty place anywho, so personally I’m glad they didn’t get approved for Terrace of Hammond. It was filthy and had people sitting on curbs, a couple of which were trying to bum me for money as we were leaving. Wouldn’t wanna live there.

They dont even answer their phone and the service is horrible

Management abuses authority and doesnt fulfill her duties professionally. All she does is place notes on residents doors and disrespect them when they ask questions. She records residents unknowingly w/o their permission on her smartphone, violating their personal rights & privacy. She is a DISGRACE & needs to be REPLACED. My advice, dont waste your time or money trying to live here, especially if you have kids. They arent even allowed outside to play.

I disnt think the place was very fair wit my application! Is like they only want ur application fee an they pick an choose whom they want to release an appartment too.

Stayed here 2 1/2 years and have too many rules. Felt like a prisoner in my own home

Management is slow. they work at the pace of a snail.

Security gates stay broken.
