Let me preface this review by stating that I was a mechanic by trade and do all of my own work. I never took my vehicles anywhere for work as I did it myself. However, as I grew older and vehicles became less easy to work on I needed a shop to tackle some of my less enjoyable repairs. Snyders has come through for me on several I dont want to do that jobs and they have come through big. From inaccessible components to jobs that could have gone south in a hurry they have delivered. Recently sent my wifes vehicle to them with a seized spark plug. Knowing that a cylinder head removal could have been in my future I took the car to Snyders to let them have a go at it. Not only did they extract the seized plug, they changed all 4 plugs, checked the vehicle over and had it done the same day, all for about $300. You cant beat that and my confidence in them was just fortified. They are fair, honest and pleasant to deal with. Finding a good shop is hard (so Ive been told) so finding Snyders has been a blessing. Thank you Deb, Brian and staff! Great job!

The really important item for me is I trust them to not only diagnose the problem, but to do quality work at a fair price. I took my recently purchased 1991 Isuzu Rodeo in for an inspection to see what kind of repairs it needed to improve its drivability. I was able to drive it all the way home from South Carolina where I purchased, but once it made it back to Cincinnati, I began experiencing issues such as loss of power, surging/jerky acceleration, and overall rough idle which all seemed to be ignition-related issues. Snyders emailed me a detailed inspection report along with estimates for each recommended repairs. I also got to talk through each of the recommended repairs with the mechanic, Brian Sr, to decide which ones were urgent and which ones I could keep on my radar and take care of later so I could stay within my budget. They were helpful and always responsive along the way and never pushy with me to do more repairs beyond what I told them I wanted to have them do. Snyders does quality work and has great customer service by both Debbie at the front-end and the mechanics in the back who are willing to explain repairs to their customers. I also appreciate that they are willing to do a more extensive test drive than any other shop Ive been to so the customer can confidently know their car is running well after the repair. Id recommend Snyders to anyone in the area who wants honest, quality work done on their vehicles.

I Highly recommend this company. They are the nicest people and they really know what they are doing. I took my work truck to them and they knew I needed it fixed that day. Their mechanics stayed late just so I could pick it up 1st thing the next morning. Their price was more than fair and truck has been running great since then.

Debbie in the office is nice and easy to work with. They replaced my radiator, and suggested belts, and a cooling fan. Being uneducated in coolant and radiators, the mechanic came out and answered all my questions. Overall fair pricing and very fast work. Dropped off my car on a Thursday got it back Friday. Parts have a 12 month warranty. Highly recommend Snyders Car Care to anyone in need of an auto repair.

I was charged almost $600 for a front brake job and oil change. They told me I needed back brakes and rotors as well for an additional almost $700. I declined at the time because that was more than a substantial bill already.Fast forward six months and we took THE SAME vehicle to the Hyundai dealership for a steering column recall issue, and mentioned the rear brake issue to them as well. They told us that the rear brakes were in better shape than the front! To add insult to injury, the dealership does complete brake AND rotor replacement for $390!!!It is shameful to not be able to take a professional service at their word.Honesty is always the best policy.

The review by Valera G is pretty accurate. Snyders replaced a fuel pump in one of my trucks, later found out a chevy dealer wouldve done it for almost half the price. On another truck had them diagnose why the headlights werent working and agreed to pay around $200 for the diagnosis. Their diagnosis after $200 was they needed MORE money to figure what was wrong. I told them I paid them the $200 and was going to take it somewhere else. Called a different shop and the guy said its most likely the instrument cluster. The other shop replaced the instrument cluster and problem solved. I dont know how this place is still in business.

I cannot say enough about the personal service that they offer. It literally is like calling your brother to fix your car. They dont over sell, they are reasonable, they will give you advice on the phone. We would go no where else! We have been back several times since this review and I am still please with their service.

Called Snyders for the first time today due to positive things Ive heard about them from some business colleagues. I was wondering about the brakes since the dealer said they were getting low. I almost always go to the dealer. But I thought Id try this highly recommended local business because I like to shop local and support local businesses. They live in our community and care about our community! Anyhow, my experience could not have been better--got me in much more quickly than I expected, and turned around the job very quickly. Turns out my brakes are fine for awhile longer (see, they dont just try to sell you), but showed me where my two front tires were almost bare from the car badly needing an alignment. Two tires, one alignment, and an oil job later, and my baby was purring again! Thank you to Snyders--and well be seeing you again as needed! Even before for some financially sound preventative maintenance!

I stopped by after seeing all of Their good reviews and it’s conveniently super close to home. Debbie greeted Me and asked what I needed done and I explained what was going on with My SUV. She said it would be by morning that They could look at it and that was fine! They ended up fitting Me in towards the end of the day and She sent over an invoice that seemed fair. My car was all fixed by the following evening! I had a wheel hub/bearing done and front brakes replaced. Felt a difference immediately when I drove away! The owner (I believe that’s who He was) was also nice when I went to pick it up and told Me I had a nice truck 😃 I will definitely recommend Them to others and will return for future needs.
