I’ve had 2 great experiences with this garage. Both times the work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price and professionalism. I recently took a used car that I was considering for my newly driving 16 year old son for an inspection to ensure nothing was structurally or mechanically wrong. They were able to get me in the same day to inspect the car and gave me a peace of mind that I was purchasing something safe and reliable for my son. To top of it off, they didn’t even charge me because I was a previous customer. High quality service and first class people.

Took my truck to Reffitts for some repairs. Greg and Travis treated me like family. They completed the repairs and service I requested. When they found further work was needed, they called with an estimate. And gave me the choice of whether or not to do the work. After all the work was completed they helped me get my truck home. Overall the absolute best experience Ive ever had with a garage.

I appreciate what was done for me, at the same time I didnt like how I was hard balled into paying $50 to give my car and title over to this place, all because I couldnt afford the storage fees because my car was stuck there over the weekend due to them being closed over the weekend, otherwise I would had only had to pay for 2 days of storage. I wasnt allowed to even touch my personal belongings until I made a decision to either pay them to keep my car and title, or pay about $500 just to get my car out of their lot (not including any work} In addition I wasnt even allowed to take my aftermarket items out of the car (est. $1,000 in value) plus the car itself (Paid over $7,000 ) which only has front end damage and a ruptured fuel tank... I worked really hard to get my car and to lose it this way was devastating.. and aside from the owners son, who was courteous, I feel like assumptions were made concerning my accident, no real solutions or estimates were offered to me at all. In fact i dont know that they had really even assessed the damage... Id be careful doing business here. Business is business, and I understand protocol, Im not sure that they really worked with me at all though, I was pressured to make a decision on the spot .. and it was one of those situations where for them it was a win/win and for me a lose/lose.. what a tragedy, it will take a long time to recover from this.. I still wish these guys well, Im sure they do good business as well, maybe it depends on who you are or your situation. Its not their fault I wrecked my car, I would hope that they can offer other options for people in the future, as it just really doesnt sit right with me, I can guarantee anyone else in my shoes would feel the same way.

My friend had an accident this past weekend trying to swerve a deer, this company towed his car before he had a chance to even walk home and contact the authorities and AAA. My computer was in his car and I had important school work due yesterday. We stopped by on Saturday and even though they were closed, staff was clearly there when we stopped by. They let him grab his registration only because he had to have it since he had to go get a tow release from the police station. We were going to go back and get important belongings after getting the release, they wouldnt allow us to come get anything because they were closedwhich ended up putting him in a position to where he paid $50 to sign over his car to the shop all because he would had been charged for closed business days and a tow bill he didnt ask for.. typical tow shop.. greedy, inconsiderate and all about the $$$ ultimately crooks!!

I travel through Ohio picking up barn finds and old classic cars for my clients and load them on my semi truck. Some of the areas are to tight for my rig and I need a tow truck to assist in getting the vehicle out of the barn or field. This company by far is one of the best I have dealt with. They should have 5 stars all the time. Dont let 2 or 3 negative ratings base your decision on this company. Called on a Sunday morning for an unusual winching job which other towing services were unable to provide. Arrived within an hour and had me taken care of in short order, then when above and beyond! Exceeded my expectations at a reasonable price. Polite, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented, HIGHLY recommend!

Awesome service, friendly people. I was trying to find a tow truck for a couple hours before I found these guys nearby on google maps. Greg picked me up at home in about 15 minutes. Took me back to my truck and pulled it out of the median, then I drove it to work. Thanks Greg :)

Its decent.

I called yesterday to get an estimate for new brakes and I was told to come in at 8:30 am this morning. I didn’t have a way to drop my car off so they offered to drive me home and pick me up when they were done looking at it since I live 5 mins away. I was impressed until they told me they were done looking at it and refused to come get me like they had said they would. I called and talked to the owner, Greg, and he was very rude on the phone. He said he couldn’t “waste anymore time on me” and told me to get a cab. I never asked to be picked up they offered so I found this very frustrating and offensive. I will not be coming back. The owners son was very nice and courteous unlike his father.

Greg was very good to me, put a new water pump on for a reasonable price, within 24 hours I was back on the road again. His staff are kind and professional. I highly recommend him for any fix!

I would NEVER do business with this company! Totally unprofessional! My son in law had an accident and his car was towed to this shop. We talked to the son of the shop owner who told us the towing bill was taken care of by insurance and that we could come get the car. He had even had conversation with the insurance claim adjuster. When we got there the father/owner wanted to know why we werent having it repaired there and where we were taking it. He then wanted to tow it there even though the car is totally driveable. He ultimately refused to let us have the car unless we paid the bill out of pocket. He refused to honor his sons word and let insurance pay the bill as its normally done. He refused all insurance information including agent contact info, adjuster contact info, policy number, or even the claim number. He wanted cash only. Bottom line, this is a desperate, very unprofessional shop that I wouldnt trust to work on anything.

We have been using Reffits for a few years now since we moved. They are always fair, friendly and do good work. They have even fixed some problems caused by other quick lube type places or given a quick ride home when dropping off a vehicle. They have offered simple and sound advice knowing that a persons budget is always a factor. I have never felt pressured and they have never tried to sell me something I didnt need or BS me in anyway. In fact on a couple of occasions they told me I didnt need work or that it wasnt worth the money I would spend. If you are looking for someone to fix your car, have no doubt, you will not be disappointed.Reffits provides quality work at a fair price by an honest hardworking staff. They are the type of business every American business should be.

Had my car stall on me the other day, it cranked but wouldnt turn over. Being a college student not form Oxford I wasnt sure who to go to especially with a foreign make. So i ended up having my car towed by them, initially they weret sure if they would be able to help me because they usually dont work on foreign makes. Through the whole process they were very friendly and ended up being able to fix my car quickly at a reasonable price.After getting my car fixed and finding out that is was the crank sensor I googled it and found that it was a fairly common problem with my car. Additionally I found out that others paid nearly $100-200 more then me to get this replaced. Even after getting my car towed, I still ended up saving a couple of bucks. Highly recommend, especially if youre not from around Oxford.
