Service was great in the beginning. But once the project is done and there are issues they will not help. They installed thousands of dollars in my home. Some of the vinyl planks are breaking. Owner said the floor should have been installed different, but it was fine when he installed it. Owners also refuse to file a claim with the manufacturer per the manufacture instructions. Now I have a broken floor that cuts my feet. I do not recommend these people.

We had them carpet our entire upstairs and we are extremely pleased with the result. Bill was great to work with and the installers were very professional. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them on future projects.

Called to have hardwood floors removed and installed in my kitchen. I was told someone would call me back to set up an estimate. Days later I called again as no one had called me and was told They weren’t interest in doing it. Umm isn’t that what there business does? Apparently this company does not need any business. I asked if they could advise me of another company who could do it, his response, anyone in WNY.
