The kids had a great time!! Its a safe, clean, secure place for the kids. They made friends, shared tickets for prizes, enjoyed pizza and ice cream. The time went by fast and we went home with a car load of sleeping kids! The employees are very nice and friendly and very helpful.

I booked this place for a birthday party for my son and it was such an enjoyable time. The owner was so sweet and funny and very helpful. The place was clean spacious and just amazing for the price. Especially for birthdays.

Great fun for kids of all ages, toddler section, cool arcade (kinda costly/not rewarding), cool sporty inflatables. Has a rock wall and a lot of bounce houses. Food was a 1 out of 10. And costly, eat before or after you go here other than that its a blast

Staff was very nice! The kitchen closed 5 minutes before I walked up to order and they still made our food for us and told us it was no issues at all. Definitely the place to bring energetic kids.

Plenty to do and a good variety. Prices were fair, but really not very clean. Old gum stuck on a mat, rugs hadnt been vacuumed in some time. It would be a nice place if it was cleaner.

Claen and friendly staff. Would recommend non slip socks as the floors are a bit slippery where there is no carpet. My grandchildren loved it. Highly recommend

My daughters birthday party didnt go as planned. But not due to bounce magic fault. They made the day even better. My daughter left happy and kept asking if we could go again. The food was delicious and the staff did an amazing job. I couldnt ask for a better day. Thank you

Really fun place to bring my kids! They have a huge variety of bounce houses that include a maze and basketball and football etc., mini golf, a little rock climbing wall, good variety of games to win tickets and get prizes and recently added a giant jungle gym maze! My kids could spend hours here! The staff is always friendly and food service is quick too. I think its definitely worth the $13 to get in but I usually find a $2 off coupon online. Its a great place for kids bday parties too. It is very spacious inside so it never feels over crowded. I highly recommend bringing your kids here.

Who books a birthday party on a Wednesday?! Whoever wants excellent service, undivided attention from the staff and the place to themselves. My 9 year old son said it was the best party ever. Took my 3 y/o granddaughter here for the first time, and we were there over 4 hours! She had a blast! The staff was super friendly, even this one staff member, Janell, who was busy with a party but took the time to answer my questions. The food was good too! We will definitely be back!

Bounce Magic is great. My kids have a blast every time we visit. Even the food here is great at a reasonable price. Totally worth it!Woodys Ice Cream Shack however, leaves a little to be desired. We got 4 Ice Cream cones. The staff told us they were just learning how to swirl the soft serve, which is fine. Although it was little on the small side. But the scooped cones that we paid $2.99 each for had literally a golf ball sized scoop of ice cream on them.Bounce Magic - GoodWoodys Ice Cream - Going to give it another chance.EDIT: I really appreciate your response and will definitely give Woodys another chance. The help are very friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. The bathrooms were clean and kid friendly. There was plenty to do bounce houses for young and old, mini golf and an arcade. My grandchildren loved it!

We had my daughters second birthday party there, the service was great as was the food. The place is cleaner then you would expect from a building that houses kids daily. The staff was very helpful and understanding, and the prices were great.

Customer service could be better abs games should be checked often several of them werent working or out of tickets. Food was good but no one asked if wed like refills or if food was okay

The place is nice for kids, but its also kind of like a free for all. Older kids jump inside bounce houses intended for small children, and kind of just run rampant. If there was more supervision and workers watching and tending to the bounce houses, it would be a smoother experience . Menu options and food prices arent bad. There is a huge open area that could use a little work, to all around look better. I still give it a solid 4 stars. Nice place to tire the kids out, besides your regular Chuck E Cheeses.

Great place! There are plenty of bounce houses for kids of all ages. There are even bounce houses and games for adults but the biggest plus for parents is the space. Kids can run all over safely while parents can easily find a table to sit at. The food is good as well.

You stopped in to check this place out to buy a gift certificate 4 my nephews. We were very impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. The facility was seem to be very clean and filled with activities that would make any child tired and assure the parents a return home of a quiet afternoon!

Friendly staff, always helpful with any issue we had. Kids loved it and so did the parents. If you want to have fun in the bounce houses or the game room. The do have it separately by age for the bounce houses so little ones dont get hurt playing.

I ended up getting their monthly pass. Great spot for the kids to get their energy out. Great staff, so friendly. The kids napped for hrs after! Have not tried their concessions yet that is why I gave only 4 stars.

Kids loved it but it was a little too relaxed on protecting children. I felt like I had to chase after the kids the entire time and make sure they were somewhere inside one of the many bounce castles you cant see or go in unless youre a kid and not all the way across the room by the door because people are just allowed to walk right out without signing their children out. Someone couldve walked out with our kids if I turned my head for a minute. I realize that might sound like an overprotective parent but it happens every day and most places have a better system than a few high school girls gossiping through the sign in procedure and not requiring anyone to sign out.

Probably one of the dirtiest places I have ever seen.... and its for kids!!! Its like they just dont care. The bounce houses were so dirty there was literally a film on them you could scrape off. We paid a ridiculous amount for a birthday here all you get is ONE pizza, two pitchers of fountain drink (for 10 kids?!?!) and a group photo on the bounce couch which is literally a blow up couch and you have to take the picture yourself... my daughter got a cup, a balloon and some cheap mood telling fish. I will NEVER pay for another party here. Not only is it overpriced, the people who work here do nothing to supervise the bounce houses. I had 3 different kids at my party either kicked or punched (purposely) by someone elses children and when the staff is told they do nothing to correct the situation. And thanks to the dirtiness my daughter woke up with double pink eye the next day... AWESOME birthday gift guys!!! I didnt know pink eye was included with what we paid!!

This is the best bounce house in the world they have about 10 huge bounce houses that kids can run around like wild animals and you can just lay back sip on a drink eat some pizza and rest assured that the kids are having a great time I would definitely recommend bounce magic to anybody looking to have a birthday party or just looking to hang out with their kids for the weekend and have a great time

This place is a scam. Theres only a handful of bounce houses, none of which are interesting ir unique. The games all require more tokens than most arcades, and half of them are broken. Everything is dirty and outdated. This place is way overpriced for what youre given. My children were very disappointed in the whole experience, and it cost $60 for the whole thing. I usually dont write reviews, but felt compelled to warn others about this money trap. Talk about taking advantage of families. Sad.

We always come to Bounce Magic for the kids birthday parties. Its a very clean and relaxed environment. The kids cant get enough of the different activities to do. Our hostess Michelle is a pleasure to work with as well. She always makes it a great expirence for the kids and the adults. Its rare for to find a hostess who is genuinely true about making others happy, which is why I always look forward to seeing her each time. I dont think the kids will ever grow out of Bounce Magic, its unlike any other place for a good time.

My daughter had a great time here on her birthday. The party package was a great value, and our hostess was the best. So many activities for the kids that despite various ages everyone had a great time. My daughter wants to do it again next year.

Kids had a fun time. There are at least 5 bounce houses, as well as some inflatable games. Theres a toddler area as well. The big slide is height restricted. You cant bring in any food or drinks outside of certain coffee brand, so thats a bit of a bummer. They do have food and drinks for purchase. It seemed clean, tables werent fill of leftovers or crumbs. An arcade is on site as well. Most of the games seemed to be the ones where you earn tickets. A couple of kiddie rides, pool and sit hockey too.

Owner is great, again my Scout Pack received a wonderful donation from Bounce Magic for our annual pancake breakfast. The place is enormous, clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Were talking about doing a Scout overnight in the near future, best entertainment for a minimal fee.

We hadnt been here in a while. Under new ownership now. We found the food absolutely delicious food. Wonderful and friendly owners and staff. Will be returning!

My kids love this place. It is a great spot to spend a few hours on a rainy day. The bounce houses are fun. The prize counter for the game tickets doesnt require an insane amount of tickets. The guy who was working the counter was great, very patient and didnt worry about exact ticket amounts which made it so much easier for my kids. My biggest gripe is some of the video games and rides need repair. They tend to eat the tokens.

If you want a place where your kids can run and jump and play without feeling like you have spent way too much money for nothing (like at Chuckie Cheeses), Bounce Magic is a great place to visit. Their food is good and a great price with a big variety and your kids will leave happy and tired and you wont fee like youve been ripped off!

A bit loud and chaotic, but to be expected! I followed my 2 y/o daughter up into the castle playground and wasnt the slightest worried about the equipment holding me, rare being 510 myself!

The bounce houses are cool. Not a clean place. They only have like 40 games max and 90 percent of them have an Issue. The skeeball game is auto scoring and taking balls you didn’t throw. How they fix things there they shut the game off. Staff is very nice but overall cleaning with the games I was disgusted. The water game was clogged up with water scum so bad. Also you should hire a professional game attendant to clean and properly fix your games because so many games have safety issues along with issues that effect how the game is played.

I have already brought my son here since he was about 2 years old. He has always had a blast and the facility is extremely clean with the most kind and wonderful staff. We just had his 6th birthday party here and what a wonderful experience! A staff member was assigned to our party and she was an active participant of the party planning, calling the kids back when necessary to do putt putt, tattoos, pictures, and to eat. She even helped the kids obtain their food, including cutting it up where necessary. It was by far his favorite party ever and we had no clean up afterwards. Everything could be purchased, including party bages and appetizer platters (which were quite nice!!).Lets just say that if not for my son, I would not make a special visit for the food, but it is actually very good. I cant say the same for most kids entertainment venues. We always grab lunch when we come and we are always satisfied .

This is a great place to take the kids to let off some energy. They have about a dozen bounce houses, quite a few coin operated games/rides, and a concession stand. They have a place for birthday parties as well. A better alternative to Chuckie Cheese in my opinion.

We take my 4 year old here during the day around 2pm or at night after 7pm and we are typically only one of maybe two or three families visiting. She loves jumping around the Bounce houses and riding the mini rides. We go probably 2-4 times a month. Shed go everyday if we let her.

Apparently they close FORTY FIVE MINUTES before the actual closing time because they’re lazy. Drove 30 min to get here to be disappointed. It’s rude. They need to hire more than teenage girls who just want to go home. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

I liked the old location better. They dont have anything really for the bigger kids (or adults) anymore. Not really an option for us anymore, now we will have to go to something like Get Air with the 3 kids (10 - 16). It might be OK for smaller kids, though is seems more spread out and unorganized than the prior location, but really kind of pricey for what you get.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had going to Bounce Magic yes we got there a little later than usual, but we got there right about dinner time maybe a little before and the kitchen was already closed and they wouldnt even let us go get food and come back didnt notify us before we pay that the kitchen was closed. And when we asked about bringing food in she was rude about her answer and the ATM was out not working and most of the Machinery didnt work, also the bounce houses were in horrible shape in other words we paid $26 for nothing we ended up leaving after a little while because we were so upset with the way they were treating us
