Leaf Filter has totally changed my home issues. I have a finished basement and every year esp. in the spring the basement is wet and stays that way throughout the summer. I have to run a dehumidifier almost all summer. I had the Leaf Filer system installed last fall (2020) and this spring I had no wet floors or walls. And so far this year (July 2021) I havent had to run the dehumidifier at all. Its amazing how your system works very well.

As someone else has stated we have had nothing but problems this winter. So much ice buildup over the gutters. Now leaking all around the house. We have never had so much ice buildup, so many ice cycles. I am so disappointed. The corners were never sealed correctly. The still lead and now freezing on the concrete. This was just a waste of $4400.

I called to cancel an appointment I had for a quote. Kindly asked to be removed from their list and the woman actually argued with me. I expect a quick line about reconsidering... but this was beyond that. Every time I asked if I could just cancel my appointment the woman fought me on it. I had to repeat myself several times. It was probably the weirdest experience of my adult life.

My other half and I invested in this 2 years ago. In we have had nothing but problems. Our biggest problem is the gutters are leaking from all the snow and causing ice to be all over our driveway. We own a double. So not only is it our families safety I have to worry about its the other families we rent to also. I have a 3 year old and one on the way I almost slip and my son has multiple times. Have called before. Also they wont fix are Conner gutters that are leaking. And we cant replace because it voids the warranty!

The gutter guards havent been in use long enough for an assessment. Mike and his crew did a good and fast job. One complaint is i found too many screws and other debris on the ground. Potential for flat tires or choking hazard for my dogs. The sales rep is a smooth talker but he is knowledgeable. Dont buy the line of bull that he can give you a better deal if you committ on the spot. Hell tell you he has to send back excess of what he needs for your job the next day to his supplier. But, if you say ok on the spot, he can save you more money. I really dont believe that. No materials, so no job, so no money for him and Leaf Filter. Really? You have a warehouse but dont keep your product on hand for upcoming jobs? Ok. Its a few days later. I am changing my review to 2 stars. Just picked up more debris from around the house. This is the second time Ive cleaned up after the install. Not sure why they had to replace all the hangers on a year old gutter system but these are from that system. They dont belong on my lawn at any point! I also had to get an empty box off my roof from their materials. The install crew were very nice people but sure need to be more careful! The last thing I want is to have one of my dogs swallow garbage or replace a $250.00 tire from one of my vehicles. Think twice before you use this product!

This company Did not do what they promised, they said they would refurbish my gutters to being like brand new which they did not my gutters were what I actually need ed to put on my house I did not need this leaf filter but I thought it would be an extra bonus I only had their product for 18 months and I literally had them ripped off and thrown in the trash bye bye $5000 terrible company do not use them I will say it over and over again they are absolutely horrible to deal with they wouldnt even come out and fix Is there a product coming off of my gutter They told me I would have to pay to get repairs done absolutely horrible company would never never recommend them

They installed the Leaf Filter System on my home and garage.

Update..... Gutters jus came crashing down after 8 months. Company used what looks to be 1 1/4th inch screws to attach fasca and attached gutters to that. Didnt hold. Had contracted clear roof of snow load prior to happening.

I would not give this product one star but i had to or I could not post this. Had the leafFilter installed this summer and asked about snow and ice build up. Sales guy said never been an issue. We had 2 inches of snow, the leafFiler is iced over and the melting snow off the roof is dripping on my driveway and side walk creating an ice rink. Maybe down south this would be a good system but not where it snows.It has been 3 weeks since my first call to their service department. 3 telephone calls to their service department and one letter to this company with no reply. This is a chicken S*** company that will not return a call or answer a letter.

My dad got these on his gutters and have the same problem as others with ice buildup and dripping on walkways. Not good for this area. Remember people it’s a filter, filters get plugged and filters need cleaning. You’ll end up with more damage to your roof and house due to ice backing under your shingles then a plugged gutter spilling over.

I had hail damage on my house in June and wanted an estimate to replace the gutters and reinstall my leaffilter. They have made several appointments and were no shows or cancelled day of each time. It is now November and no one follows through.

I’m a contractor working for a customer who got gutters installed by Leaf Filter. My customer has spent 2 weeks prior to the job starting, trying to get ahold of them to take the gutters down because in order to keep the warranty, I cannot detach or reattach them.So far this week I have spent 2 entire hours total on hold trying to get ahold of their service Dept. We are getting to the point that we will be done siding the home and need the gutters taken down so we can finish the last step of the job which is the facia under the gutters.My customer also has complaints of the gutters leaking in spots and allowing water between the gutter and fascia. Has some rot because of it.I can’t stand companies like this.. go somewhere else for gutter guards.

Leaf filter was installed on my house a few years ago and now I am having problems in 2 spots. They guarantee there product but I have called already 2x and left message about need for service call and have never been called back. Apparently they dont walk the talk once they sell you the product.

I submitted a request for an estimate appointment on June 5th that went unanswered. I called this morning (June 9), and was told that they were still working from home, so hadnt had time to get to the requests. They sent someone out at 1pm, and he pulled up, looked at the proximity to the house next door and said Im not doing this, its too close.I have had my roof done. Have had it sided, and have had gutters put on before. No one has ever had an issue. I told him this. And he said then call them to do it and left. So they will gwt my business. Not LeafFilter.Totally unprofessional, and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
