Seems their customer service could use some attention. My initial reservation was for a Friday pickup. The manager Chris I spoke to said no cars were available until Tuesday. On Saturday he called asking me to pickup the car??? Needless to say, I did not get the car until Tuesday. The reservation got extended through our Fleet program. I called to see about adding my Enterprise rewards to the reservation and was advised that I needed to come in to do paperwork. Coming in from out of town, I made it just in time to Enterprise. When I arrived, he told me Chris had did the paperwork for me?? Never in either incident was there so much as an apology. I would give them 5 stars for inconvenience because they did a great job at that. It be nice to have been able to use my rewards card on this reservation too. The company doesnt want the rewards and we are a huge customer for them.
Worst enterprise location in the area. Customer service could use ALOT of help. Manager charges card without notice. Strongly recommend using Orchard Park or Dunkirk before here. James the assistant manger is of no help and is extremely rude. Don’t go here.

I needed a rental car because mine was hit by someone else. At first they were very accommodating and got me into two different vehicles because the one was temporary until they could get me a bigger one as that is what I needed for my size family. The second one has had mechanical issues and I let them know as soon as I left the location, they assured me it was probably ice in the wheels. It still shakes now and I’ve had it a week, I’ve called repeatedly and told them I need a safe vehicle for my family. Apparently they do not have ANY more than a FEW larger SUV’s because they do not have any to trade this one out with even though this one is unsafe for me and my family to be in. They offered to put me in a CAR, I have a family of SIX we don’t fit into a car I explained as I have teenagers and kids in car seats. I called corporate and basically the same answer they have nothing else around me to trade it in for. I will NEVER EVER use this place or refer anyone to them!!!

Rented a car to transport some tables. Enterprise let us come early to measure the cargo space of the vehicle to ensure it would fit and upgraded our vehicle while keeping the same price of the vehicle we originally reserved to ensure the table would fit. We greatly appreciate the accommodation from Enterprise and will be back to rent cars in the future.
The cars are fine and the service is ok.My area Enterprise has a monopoly on car leasing. There is no where else to get a rental car in my area except at the Buffalo airport where I would have to pay to park. I dont like the situation
Due to an accident we needed a car rental. We were able to do a pick Dec 24. Unfortunately, other entities let us down as far as the pick up since it was suppose to be done at the repair place. Once we arrived at Enterprise, Kyle was who took care of us. Amazing personality with great customer service skills. Definitely, called on separate occasions and made sure everything was going fine with the vehicle. He did of course upgrade us. So we were in a Cadillac XTS for over 2 weeks. Nice! Definitely, have rented from different locations but my number one choice is the Enterprise in Hamburg. I highly recommend Kyle. If you are in customer service you will understand the reason why. 5 stars for him.Update: We are having again to bring the vehicle back to the repair shop. Insurance sent my information to Enterprise and I received a call from him this morning to make sure we are all set up. Pick up this time will be at the repair shop. I am pretty sure we will be very well taken care off.To be continued....

The staff at the camp rd Enterprise, are simply the best. Very friendly, and accommodating. The vehicles are always clean newer vehicles. My son plays college football, so yes, Im renting every weekend. Ive rented from budget, avis. Enterprise has just always done a better job at meeting my needs. Kudos to the manager.

Overall my Experience with Enterprise was ok. However, their website states they have car seats for children, but when I got to the Hamburg,NY location they told me only the airport location had child car seats. My car was in the shop so I had to go there to get the car seat out so I could put it in my rental car. Also, they say they hold $200 over the cost of the rental, however, the full amount posts to your account. Why is it they don’t just charge the cost of the rental and hold the extra $200Until it’s returned and then release the hold. I don’t believe you he cost of the rental plus the $200 should actually post to your account. Also they told me they would give a half tank of gas to start, but when I got in the car it was only a quarter tank. They put on the rental info that they gave me a half a tank which is not accurate. The people were friendly But in regards to the other aspects I was kind of disappointed.
This enterprise is the BEST one I have ever been to. They do their absolute best to not only get me the size vehicle I have to have but to also fit the cost into my budget for the month. I have rented a truck from them by the month for the last 3 and a half months and I always feel welcome their and well taken care of. They are always extremely friendly, caring and helpful. I wish I could give 10 stars as a raring for this place as I have been to one that was almost double the cost closer to home and I had issues with. So this enterprise is a breathe of fresh air.
I rented a vehicle on 10/3 for a weekend trip and Meg was amazing! She was so helpful and very interested in my trip, so she made my entire experience feel very personal, like I was talking to a friend and not a salesperson. I rent a car every week for work- I have my choice of agency and location but choose the Hamburg, Enterprise every time. Phil and his team provide outstanding customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m safe and comfortable. They follow up with me, but not at the end of the rental period but on the second day to make sure everything is going well. I’ve watched the entire team in action- assisting customers with baby seats, reviewing car features and making sure the cars were warm and ready. I just wanted to recognize them and tell them that I appreciate how hard they work and the excellent service they provide.

Ive gone to this location several times over the last few years and prefer it to any other by a big margin... This morning, for example, I had car trouble the night before and set my rental up online. When I got in to the office for my pick up, they were INCREDIBLY friendly, capable, knowledgeable. Basically 100% on top of things. The guy, Matt, I dealt with was very nice, and his coworkers were extremely helpful - both to him and me- as it was slow at the time. I have simply always liked this place, and never once had an issue that wasnt dealt with in a quick and professional way.
The Hamburg NY office was clean and we had fun with a professional staff. They handled our rental quickly. Gowanda Harley-Davidson would use them again.

I was overcharged and through repeated contact with the hamburger location was told that I would receive a refund but I have not as of yet. The employees keep telling me somebody will call me back to talk about it but after almost 10 attempts to them, no one has. Also when you called to make an appointment it says that they can pick you up and they don’t advise you that they cannot pick you up because of the virus until you are ready to get the car
The staff was very courteous. I dealt with several members of the staff due to having to extend the rental several times. They were extremely helpful and respectful each and every time I went there. I will definitely be a returning customer

My experiences with Enterprise at this location has always been outstanding! From the warm greeting upon entering the office to the genuine welcome home upon return. This past experience, I traveled to Philly for a volleyball tournament for my daughter. When I returned the vehicle, the same young man was at the desk from which I took possession prior to my trip. As I approached he asked me if I like the Jeep Wrangler, the vehicle I had used, and asked how my daughters tournament went. That personalized service and the simple fact that he remembered me and the purpose of my trip, along with the history of this type of customer service, will keep me coming back to Enterprise.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this Enterprise location at all. Ive rented recently from here multiple times in the last 6 months and then again around 5 years ago and in between that time from past to present have had nothing but great service. Recently my last few times Ive mainly worked with Matt, at least I hope that is his name. Hes a taller gentleman and also working with his co worker, for the life of me I cant remember his name, blonde hair and beard, forgive me guys if you read this, Im horrible with names. They have both been incredibly nice, caring and the fact they remember me and previous rentals shows they care about customers. Their branch manager, Zach,is incredibly nice and polite and seems to care about the customer and employees as they seem to be such a great and positive workforce together. Their rates are good, they try to hook u up with exactly what you need, and within a very timely manner as well, and if you ever have questions they have no problem answering them. If your looking to rent a car and need great team to take care of you, this is the place to go.

Overall, good service.A couple of days before my rental, I inquired about getting picked up, and the rep advised me to call 15 minutes before I wanted it, however I ended up not needing it, so I dont know if that would have worked out or not.It would have been better if that was confirmed right away to allow me to plan accordingly.Once there it took around 15 minutes to get my rental car. I was a little disappointed that the fuel was not full.Vehicle was very high mileage for a rental, and the cleanliness was a 6 out of 10.It was a one day rental, I returned after hours on a Friday, and I received my bill on the next business day, Monday, which was great.Overall good, but not great service.

The people are very nice and were helpful. The only negative thing was they said they would pick me up at noon and I waited almost 2 hours before they showed up. I called them 2 hours before I needed pickup as they asked I had to call back twice just to make sure they were coming. This has happened twice now so I guess you need to call them 4 hours in advance so you get picked up when you need to be. I use them when I am in town because they do pick you up and I appreciate that but make sure you call well in advance. The car rental went smooth otherwise.
Never received a receipt of the charges I paid after the deposit was reversed. I think I was over charged. I was told bill would be about 151. but had a bill of 189. I was also told to I could bring the car back empty of gas because I got with less than 1/4 of a tank. I returned the car with 1/4 tank more than what I got when i rented it.I feel like I been mischarged and want to see or get an email of the final receipt. Today is 3 dqys after i turned in the car on sunday 9/15/19
Enterprise was awesome on arrangements for a SUV rental as my vehicle had a recall. They even came to my house to pick me up which was SUPER convenient!!
Super easy to work with-had the van they promised waiting for us (clean and full of gas as well!) Check in and check out process was a breeze. Enterprise will bring you a new car no matter where you are traveling if the car you are in breaks down, has a flat etc.I wouldnt use any other company!

Ive been an Enterprise Plus member for several years, and always had outstanding service from the company. A recent rental, however, changed all that. I rented a minivan in Hamburg, NY, and drove to Baltimore, MD, where I intended to move my son from his apartment. The following morning, the van wouldnt start. I spent the next 7 hours pleading with Enterprise to find a replacement. I felt absolutely abandoned in a hotel parking lot. Upon my return, I demanded a refund or at least a reduction on my bill. No one even called me back. My contract was closed out with NO DISCOUNT! This was the worst rental experience ever, and its doubtful Ill ever rent from Enterprise again!

The staff were very polite and professional. The only issue I had was-I had reserved a car, online, that was to be comparable to a Chrysler 300. When I arrived two weeks later to pick up our rental, I was disappointed to find that the car that they were trying to send me off with, was a Ford Focus. I would never have reserved a Focus, due to my husband detesting a Focus I previously owned.At any rate, They upgraded us to a Dodge Journey. It is not what we had reserved, or what we wanted- but it got us to Florida and home with no issues.I appreciated the staff trying to find another vehicle- next time, I think I will go into the location and reserve there.
Normally I have never had a problem. This time I was charged 104.00 when it was supposed to be 52.00 and change. It looked like I was charged for 2 days. I picked up the car at 7 a.m.and dropped it off at 11:30 p.m. the same day. December 15,2017.
I was recently backed into and needed a rental car while mine was being repaired. The car was delivered to me at Carubba collision. Matt was wonderful to work with. I was very appreciative of how an inconvenient accident was made a bit easier because of these people!!
I made a reservation online through Orbitz and rented a car from this location, and suffered my FIRST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE after years of pleasant ones of renting from Enterprise all across the country. The representative at the counter was extremely disrespectful and rude when I asked him why the agreement showed $110+ when my reservation clearly stated $75 or so. Instead of explaining why, he almost threateningly asked me: Do you want the car or not? I asked him why he was so rude and if he behaved this way with all his customers (he was clearly nicer with other renting customers who were white, I am not white, and I felt discriminated against.) When I said I would like to speak to the manager, he changed his tone saying he is actually giving me a Corolla when I would get a smaller one per my reservation and wouldnt charge me extra. I told him I wouldnt mind a smaller car but he still needed to explain the difference. He reluctantly told the charge would be $75. He was not ready to tell me the miles on the car until I signed the agreement. I almost walked out canceling the reservation but needed to drive to Niagara and realized there was no other rental location close by (which I think was another reason why he was so rude). Anyway, the car was fine and he later tried to make up by offering me hand-drawn directions at the back of the agreement (when I asked for a map, he didnt give me one). I was glad I did not have to see him again as I returned the car at the airport! Overall, he spoiled my holiday mood by his rude behavior. Never again will I rent from this location!

Today I got dropped off at Enterprise to pick up my car. The women whom greeted us was extremely unpleasant. After telling her we did not have a utility bill with us, she handed back our credit card and walked away without saying a word. Call me crazy but I like to be treated like a human bean. If customer service is important to you, don’t come here!

Had reservations 3 days ahead of time, paid by insurance company. Checked with Brooke 1 hour before pickup time, told she would hold SUV for me. Called me while I was on way to pickup and told me SUV was not available. Asked if I could hold off an hour. 2 hours later I called and was told none were available. Sent me to Orchard Park office, said they had one. Drove there and guess what, NONE. Would not deal with Camp Rd office again. No satisfaction from store manager Zach(?) either.

I had the Best & most wonderful experience w Phil Cavuoto of Enterprise Car Rental. I was given a complimentary upgrade to Nissan Pathfinder, 3 Row seating. Awesome, it accommodated all 5 Grand Kids. The Best part, my Tennis Bracelet, from my late mother, was. Back tracked 24 hours later... But Phil Cavuoto, had found my. Bracelet and Returned it to me! I just loved his honesty and integrity.... Which in todays world is RARE. PhilS Grand gesture will never be forgotten. I was dissatisfied with my car, I called the main office they said a district manager in Hamburg New York within 30, minutes that call was made at 10:30 it is now 3:30 still waiting for a call,I dont think I would use Enterprise again and thats how they do business thank you.

Called this place 5 times on August 6th before giving up; waited on hold for 15 minutes each time. Nobody ever answered the phone. I even tried using a second phone!Called another location and they picked up the phone right away, but they had trouble getting a hold of Camp Roads office that day, too.I hope it was just bad luck. I needed to be picked up.
I give 1 star because I cant rate it lower I rented a car here this weekend. Im from California and Ive NEVER seen such a filthy car! Take some pride in your business and dont prey on out of state visitors that may never patronize your business again anyways. The car had leather seats with boot marks and mud all over them. Even had cat hair in the carpet and Im allergic. The trunk was the cleanest part in the entire car. They even said the gas tank was full but when I got down the road it was nearly 3/4 full; thats a huge difference.You either need to fire your detailer or hire one OR Enterprise needs hire entirely new staff to man this location. The car was just plain shameful.

First the customer service was great as always, but the truck was very dirty outside, I actually received comments of the state of the truck from co-workers. The mirrors where so spotty they where all but unusable and the inside was the 2nd most disgusting car I have every rented from any Enterprise.

Be careful when giving your banking information to this company. Gave card for a deposit and enterprise withdrew over $1400 from the account. This was after being told not to, that they were not authorized. They were tild that that kind of money wasnt there and that the monies in the account was for cancer medicines. This was to be billed back to inaurance company becauae of a total loss accident.
I rent for Business all the time ( 1 a month at this location), all over the US and Canada. While the staff is very nice I have 2 issues with this location:These are without a doubt the filthiest cars you can rent. At least wipe it down inside . The cup holders are always so gross and disgusting...filled with gunk. I rent from here because its close by not because i want to, its really that bad. I am quite sure the only time they get cleaned is when i rent them and clean them, I know i return the cars in better shape then when I get them. I have complained too many times and hate to do that. After the last rental i really cant go back, it was that bad inside. Took me 5 Clorox wipes to get the cup holders clean enough so i could put my cell in it.The other issue is that I will reserve a reserve a standard SUV ( Jeep Cherokee or similar) and when i get there all they have is a Jeep Compass or Chevy Cruze. What - 2 classes lower than I rented, I end up leaving and going down the road 10 miles to Avis. I travel for business 700 - 1000 miles at a time, not to Walmart and back.
