I used DesignedVR vacation rentals to rent a beach house for two weeks to celebrate the beginning of summer 2021 with my family in sunny South Florida.If I was told to describe my stay with this company, I would say that it was EXTRAORDINARY.The house was super clean, hotel level clean.The house was well designed, I love the open floor plan.The kids loved using the pool and playing in the backyard.It was super close to the beach, so having a beach day was easily done.The people at this company are amazing and super friendly, one problem that we had was the toilet got backed up, Property management wasted no time coming out and fixing the problem.I would recommend this to anyone who needs a vacation and wants to stay in a house.

I absolutely loved my vacation stay with this company! We booked a home for our traditional summer vacation trip and we will definitely be back next year. I had some trouble with the keyless entry but the customer service was courteous and patient. I loved the home we rented, as it was fully loaded and decorated beautifully!

My wife and I used one of Designedvr rentals. We rented a unit in Hollywood Florida and we had a great stay! Host/Staff was very responsive and made the process such a breeze! Assigned parking, Beautiful view, comfortable beds pillows, GREAT SPACE! Thank you, Designvr.

Other than the strict instructions (and who can blame them), this form is solid. Our home was perfect, a bit far from south beach but Hollywood beach was 3 miles away and it was a beauty. Next time, I will be a repeat customer.

I had a great vacation. I am so glad I booked with DesignedVR over another host. To start the house was gorgeous it looked like something from a magazine. The house felt so clean and inviting. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I recommend booking a DesignedVR property for you next vacation you won’t be let down.

Accomodations were very nice, but creative photography made the suite look much more spacious than it was. Still, good for a family getaway and right by the beach!

Avoid DesignedVR like the plague. They are a slumlord masquerading as a Vacation Rental company. They use bait and switch tactics through VRBO to entice vacation renters with their best units, and then stick you wherever they please (mine had virtually none of the amenities offered in the booking) and refuse to honor the original booking. I also found extremely unsafe conditions with a moldy leaking AC unit held up by a waterlogged plywood board, immediately next to exposed, uncapped electrical. My room was uninhabitable per electrical code, and general safety standards for rental properties, yet DesignedVR offered no compensation when I cut my stay short for the sake of my health. Book with literally ANYONE else in South Florida. This was at their 1301 N Ocean Blvd property.

To start off, we chose a home through designedvr, located in Hallendale Beach Florida’s, after searching for days, if not weeks, for my husbands 30th birthday. We initially had a reservation with a Miami based hotel, but were skeptical of a hotel due to the age of my in laws and the fact they were traveling with us, to celebrate the milestone birthday with their son. With that said, we chose this home and we’re pleasantly surprised when the host reached out via email to prescreen us, prior to payment, and provided us a detailed description on how serious they take the cleanliness of the home and increased precautions they take, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Upon arrival, the kitchen had sticky stains on the counters. The bathroom showers had yellow stains on the floors and urine along the sides and backs of toilets. The home did not smell clean whatsoever, and please let me note that I am well aware of the humid temperatures, and what they can do. We lived in Dallas for 4 years, and even with humidity and 100+ degree weather, our home still managed to always smell clean and pleasant. The towels provided smelled like wet dog. We were provided a binder with a non working WiFi password, which in turn resulted in non working smart TVs. Now please know that we understand we are on vacation in Miami and TV is really not a necessity, however any vacation can be extremely exhausting, especially when site seeing and venturing out for hours.. so sometimes it’s nice to just head back to the room or house, and turn on a movie and regroup. We couldn’t even watch the local news in the mornings. The pool was dirty and the “purple lights” pictured on the website, are non existent. They look great in the photos, however the lights are a regular light color. But again, that’s just another let down when comparing what we received, to what the deceiving pictures portray.Another major upset for us was having to relocate a couple that had joined us, due to the fact they had pitched in and agreed to sleep in the game/guest house, that pictures a sofa sleeper. However, the first evening there, the AC I’m the guest house would not work and the temp in the game house was far too hot and uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in. We already had the other 4 beds in the house filled, and could not accommodate our friends. Therefore we refunded them the money they pitched in and drove them to a local hotel. Beautiful hotel at that. We complained to the host Kat about the AC and she sent a tech out the next day. When we arrived back to the house, the tech was packing up and informed us the unit was done for and needed to be replaced. We never heard from Kat on how she planned to handle the situation, therefore we did not get to utilize the game area/guest house. We didn’t hear anything from the “host” until the last day when we received a friendly reminder about check out time.With all issues that took place, and nothing done to correct them.. we 100% regret the purchase of this Airbnb. It’s unfortunate, due to the fact that we have traveled many places and utilized Airbnb multiple times.. but let me tell you.. Airbnb needs to stop working with this home or PM company, in order to not let them negatively affect the high standards Airbnb has set for themselves.

Without going into all the details, the property wasnt taken care of as it should have been given the high cost. A 5-bedroom rental (10 guests) and we ran out of toilet paper by day 3 of our stay. When contacted asking for replenishment, Designedvr showed up unannounced in a hostile fashion (almost as though we had done something wrong). The house itself was dirty and stocked with poor quality amenities (dishware, utensils, pool toys, etc.). I would avoid at all costs.
