I’ve been there a couple of times. First to inquire about the B12 and the second time to have it injected and let me tell you, the attention and service of the lady Marina was too notch. She kindly explained me what to expect the following days and was very nice overall. Not everyone will ensure to take the time to explain everything, very happy with it will come back.

Easy and a convenient place to get your tests done. The have a wide variety of test to choose from. I know about this place because of a former employer. So i decided to look them up again online for another pre employment test and saw everthing that they offered. Use this place you wont be disappointed

The woman at the front desk (Norma) was cold, unfriendly and gave one word answers and there was zero eye contact. She acted as if my being there was a major inconvenience. A miserable human being. The tech that drew my blood was lovely, professional and did a great job.

Just Terrible . The moment I walked in I was given poor customer services. I was given attitude, when I was being polite and respectful. I came in for a required hair follicle drug test for work and I was told I could get the hair taken from other areas other than my head(beard, arms some body)(also have done it before), and she rudely declined. While trying to find a place I would be most comfortable to have my hair cut because of my hair type(Dreads). she was impatiently holding the pair of scissors while tapping them on her leg and shaking her head, also sighing out of aggravation. I’ve been waiting over a week for the results to come when I was told it will be back in 5 days, and every time I called for a update they would be rude or say they would call back, without asking for a call back number knowing they don’t have any intentions on calling me back on top of them never actually calling back .I’m not satisfied with the service at all and would quickly tell people to not come here, even after reading the reviews about this place I can clearly see they do not resolve or fix the issue that is presented to them because they’re still occurring.

I just came out of this place, where the person at the desk is the same person who drew my blood and at no time was wearing a mask. We are going through a pandemic but apparently this woman doesn’t care, she works in a medical facility and why do they allow someone like her to have contact with people without following the mandatory rules? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I felt very exposed and who knows how many more people this person is exposing with her inefficiency. I definitely do not recommend this place at all, and will be reporting this issue to the county.

Extremely unprofessional!I went with my husband to have his blood drawn on 09/17/2020. He left a negative review because the employee who drew his blood was not wearing a face mask during the check in and only put on a face shield during the procedure. The owner of this location took my husbands phone number off of the patient information form to call and confront him about the negative review. She tried to convince him that a face shield meets the current CDC guidelines (which is completely untrue) and asked for him to change his 1 star rating. She also blamed him for not asking her employee to put on a mask and posted a response to his review stating my husband was happy when you left which was also untrue. She was not there so how can she make that claim?

This place is so much better than Quest Diagnostics and those other big labs. Theres no line, its much cheaper and they are much nicer.

Call ahead, ask “if a doctor faxes over a script can you do this test?” Response: “yes. You don’t need an appointment. Walk on in!”Arrive 20 minutes later after the doctor already faxed the script. “Oh sorry, our system has been down all day. You’ll have to do that test tomorrow.”Garbage company. Garbage customer service. Avoid this location if you can help it.

Fast and easy!

I didnt even get to go into our set up an appointment because the girl on the phone was rude and unhelpful. In new to Florida and just found out Im pregnant and need blood work to price that I am to send to medicaid. I tried to ask her how I go about doing so and she said and I quotewe dont take insurance. Well that wasnt my question, but OK RUDE! If their phone manners are this bad imagine what they are like in person.....

I went in to get a B12 shot I was in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. The woman that greeted me was very nice and knowledgeable. And the place was extremely clean. I highly recommend this place.

I called this office this morning to get information, do I need an appointment, cost, process. Norma answered. Good morning I need to have a XXXX test done how would I go about getting this done at you facility Norma respond XXXX text is 49.00 you get the result the next day. Great so do I need to set an appointment. Norma respond Like I said a XX test is 49.00 you walk in anytime before 4:00pm . I was floored. Needless to say I will not be visiting this facility. No Norma you did not say all that and even if you had you are just dam rude to respond in that manner go learn how to professionally handle customer

This place was a waste of time (Hallandale). Made an appointment online for Saturday & indicated what type of test I was coming in for when the appointment was made online. I arrived and the woman at the front desk finally asked if she could help me, I indicated I had an appointment and before I could give her my paper work she started shaking her head no and said, oh this type of bloodwork - we don’t do on Saturday’s, as if I was supposed to know that. My issue is she could have been a lil more customer service oriented & called me on the phone to ask me that same question/clarify vs. my wasting my time driving to this place in horrible traffic. Of course my reaction is irritation, however this woman proceeded in front of other people sitting there to talk down to me, telling me I should have called, and making smart comments that the Dr.that had sent me doesn’t work there (even though she knew who he was because he apparently sends lots of people to have this test), and asked me why would I listen to him about when to go for the test, and then she kept reiterating- you should have called, when I was instructed to go this lab for this particular test and made an appointment online. If she knows this Dr. sends patients and this happens, how about being proactive and reach out to the Dr., who I’m sure partners with this lab, and say listen if you send patients for xyz tests, tell them in advance not to come on a Saturday. I’m so sick of rude people that lack compassion or an ounce of empathy/know how to politely speak to other people in South Florida. If you are that miserable in your job, I would say it might be time for a career change.

Well my experience was heart breaking. First of all this is the United States Of America. Point blank. Now, I was searching for jobs, on my phone and I just happened to find any lab test now in hallandale fl. So I called them and I asked if they were hiring, they said yes and how did you know we were hiring . I said that I did not know. So Nurdy the manager, started to ask me if i spoke spanish, i said no, you are a medical assistant, i said yes. So she told me the scheduled, how hours and all that good stuff. The hours sounded good because it was a part time position. So anyway she told me to come in for an interview the next day, so i went for the interview all excited because it is a good company to work for. and guess what? She did not show up. I was like okay i understand but at the same unprofessional. So she reschedule the interview. So i went the second time she was there . She was like O youre the only person that do not speak spanish. Long story short I got hired, Nurdy told me to come in the next day to train for a couple of hours and i did. I came around 8am and next thing you know she called me in to her office around 10am. I was like What is this dear JESUS. Nurdy decided to fire me because i did not speak spanish. I had to share this because that was unprofessional, Nurdy knew that I did not speak spanish from the start. I felt like that like racism. Even if i didnt not speak that should not determine me getting the job, and was another lady there who spoke spanish so, i didnt see the big deal. All i can everything happens for a reason . GOD see and knows everything.

Went for a PSA test, the nurse who drew the blood was super effecient no bruising . Absolutely satisfied with my experience, I think her name was Nury. They are in a different league to Quest.
