Beacon Hallandale is a beautiful space to impress new clients and host a meeting. The prices are more than reasonable for a brand new construction in a very convenient spot of North Miami.The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, friendly and professional.A lot of parking spaces in a covered garage.I have an office here for my CPA company. The clients are always impressed by the professional setting.Worth every penny and more!

The friendship relation atmosphere that I feel in Beacon Hallandale Ive never experienced in other Office Buildings. Since the second I arrive I receive the welcome from the Owners as well from all the Management Team.Everything works very well geared. The floors are kept impeccable clean, every Sunday all the step carpets are washed, trash is picked up on a daily basis. Has a multitasking receptionist ready to help in any task. Inside the offices, the feeling is very cozy due to the high ceiling and wall curtain glass (only in the Lobby level) and the ones with windows overlooking outside even better. You have access to Conference Rooms by reserving them for the amount of time you need with the state of art monitor viewing.The security is outstanding. All the access from the outside is control by security  FOBs and they are installing security access to the parking levels, so the whole building is going armored.On the Lobby, there is Mail Room for all the owners and tenants and in the same room a photocopy that gives service to the Lobby tenants via Code ID.For billing and paying a very simple and friendly software that in seconds takes care of your bill.But the most successful event is yet to come,  which is In Coffee We Trust. I have the premonition that the place which is located in the center of the Lobby is going to be an excellent gathering meeting place to have that break that you need at different times of the day.

As one of the first tenants occupying in this building, this was indeed by far one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. The deluxe building includes amazing amenities and facilities. In fact, there are no shared corporate spaces on this level. I’ve been at WeWork and Regus, however, Beacon is on another level.Staff members and the tenants are sophisticated and kind, and the location is perfect.I would highly recommend the Beacon as your corporate office space.
