I visited today (Saturday) the shop but the shop is no longer there.I gave a call and explained my problem to the man that answered my call.He immediately tried to solve the issue and asked me, without any charge and in an extremely kind way, more information. I sent him a picture via SMS of the computer part I was in need for. I knew it was a part not easy to find because the laptop is quite old and bought in Europe.He called me back straight away (2mins later). He immediately identified the part and informed me it was very difficult to find it. He eventually suggested me to go and buy it online (from Amazon/Ebay) and even sent me a link.I have never met this man (I do not even know his name) but I feel in need to express my appreciation for his extreme honesty (beside competency) that around here is extremely rare!Thank you!

Frank was great. I contacted him to get my hp laptop fan fixed. The fan was so loud it sounded like a jet engine. Eveywhere that I called said they could not fix my laptop fan because the part was not available. When I called Frank he told me he could fix it. I dropped it off on Friday and it was ready by Sunday. My laptop is back to normal now. No loud fan noises. Hallelujah! God Bless Frank. I give him 5 stars. I would highly recommend him.
