It was the worst car wash of all time here !! They were unfair charging me $ 65 to wash my car, they didnt clean glass, they didnt use a vacuum cleaner, the whole interior remains dirty. They probally washed the car only outside! The car was delivered to me at night and I only noticed how much dirt had the next day! I took the car there and they asked to come back the other day that he was going to try to clean it but he was already trying to sell me internal washing !! dishonest, bad conduct, terrible customer service !! Dangerous place, without maintenance with slippery floor !!

Mediocre work. They didn’t do anything in the interior and it took 1:15min and I did not just get a car wash, I had to finish the job myself. Location is terrible, for parking is very dangerous. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend, might as well go through the automatic car wash.

My car is my baby and at Tropical Auto Wax they know how to treat her. They have the right price for the best service. I love this place! Easy access and great location. For a hand wash service they are fast and they use great products to treat your car. They also have tons of accessories inside their lobby.

Worst car wash ever. Came home and boyfriend cleaned my car over the 20 dollar car wash. Windows dirty still with same smudges. Dirt still inside the car. Crazy I was better off going through drive thru at gas station. Never again.

Awful place. I paid 35 dolllars for vip service and my car smells at 🐠 fish. Also tip the guy 8 box so is not cheap and the owner gave me excuses like they using best leather condition and no one ever complaint. Oh yes like I never ever wash my car before. Disgusting!

I think this is the best place. I take my 2 cars here about every 2 weeks. Theyve buffed 1 of my cars and made the paint look new again. I just had a hand wax and Alex did a great job. Ive never experienced any rudeness from the attendants. Ask for Danny or Alex, they take their time and always do a good job. I suggest tipping well and theyll remember you next time and take extra care.

Guy washing my car spent more time in his phone then washing my car..2 of 4 wheels look like they werent even touched. Carpets look clean but thats because they brushed the dirt under the floor mats.

Bad service

If you are selling your car, their detailing service is a must!. It took them 6hrs to complete it, but it was worth the wait. My 2011 Tiguan looked like new and it was sold easily. Thanks

It took them forever to finish washing my car but was worth the wait. very thorough hand wash. One of the better ones I have had. Only 16 bucks.

Found this place by accident. Awesome, friendly, professional service from Donovan (wash tech) and Chuckie. Donvan made my 14 year old BMW E46 Imola Red M3 SHINE. The engine bay carbon fiber too.Chuckie informed me of a critical front bumper support that I desperately needed. I ordered the supports off Amazon immediately. So grateful.I will return. Also, had a great talk with Ari, one of the owners.

Very distraught but upon investigation think I have determined why I wasnt served. I walked in about 2pm and asked for car wash, dudes response come back another day, I dont have any workers meanwhile I am watching two cars washed... went down the street and got it washed elsewhere... drove by an hour or so later, still see cars getting served.. not sure why i was refused service, personally dont care because I am great spender and generous tipper but be wary... I often find businesses that will refuse service to minoriites or young people shady...

I been eyeing this place for some time and with their $16 inside & out wash I thought it was a great deal to try . Upon my arrival I was explained by what seemed to be manager or owner what the $16 entailed. He pointed me to the air conditioned waiting area and I sat inside excitedly. My car would be attended to right away I thought as there was no other car there at the time . Within 15-20 min later more customers arrived and the place filled quickly. An hour later I was still there patiently waiting for my car until I notice others where being called that their vehicles were ready. I gave another 10-15 min and got up to ask about my car . The manager politely advised almost done . When my car was finally ready I tried to rationalized the over hour wait would mean my car would be sparkly clean . However getting into my car it still had sand everywhere !! Not to mention the person who cleaned my car felt the need to mention my car was very dirty. I just couldnt understand how I waited over an hour to still find sand on the seats. Overall I wont be returning as the waiting time, comments, and cleaning, did not justify. Sorry to the nice manager/ owner but you need faster, cleaner, workers !

Rude attendants and manager, worst job ever, paid $25 to later find out it did not include cleaning the doors, worst vacuum job ever. Used Windex and sprayed all over the dashboard and radio and passed a dirty terry cloth after. Worst car wash ever, save your money and go somewhere or clean it yourself.

Good wash, it wasnt great. Outside was fine but inside lacked attention to detail. Would have rated higher but I watched two employees humiliate an elderly customer as I drove in.

They used laundry soap to wash my car. All of a sudden my car has scratches on it. I dont recommend this place the owner is nasty and rude.

I am getting my Land Rover washed here right now....they ripped my key out of my truck and broke it....upon trying to fix it they brought it to me glued together and spilled glue on my 100 dollar Bebe pants.....while waiting for my truck I watched another car drive over my mats....DONT EVER COME HERE...THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.......
