The place is filthy and the reviews about customer service pretty much some up the experience here.I was a regular customer of Jose until I realized that he was using the same dirty shaving towel (to clean the straight razor blade) that he uses for other customers on my face. They are NOT clean and make no effort to clean after their customers, besides just sweeping the floor.

Well It took me a while to write a review about this place. But since I used to live close its okay. I had some weird experiences in this barbershop. I was recommended to try out to get a haircut with the owner. He seems to have mixed feelings prob maybe a little bypolar. The haircuts were okay but he once told me he cant cut my hair if I come in with a hat. And he also doesnt make appointments for shape ups. One time he was even cutting my hair a little aggressively. But overall not a bad person if you speak to him. His customer service skills were not the most pleasant. I noticed some of his employees seem a little uncomfortable working there. And he would greet customers with a little attitude. His shape ups were on point and pretty receptive to what you want it as a haircut. And he would clean you up nicely.

Haircut is okay but ever time I come to get a haircut there’s never any parking, you have to sit outside and wait 30 min for someone to leave so you can find a spot . This is not the location for a barber shop too many stores in the plaza and employees sharing parking makes it even harder to find parking. The owner should realize he’s loosing tons of business due to his location. Came twice in 1 week and still wasn’t able to find parking, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL NOT FIND PARKING.

Don’t come to this barber shop. They don’t know customer service. I walked in an the barbers just stared at me without saying a word, there was 2 barbers cutting hair an the rest sitting down on their phone. Nobody seemed concerned with assisting, I sat in one of the chairs an waited 15mins. All the barbers continued to ignore me, one of them even walked out, came back an sat down again. Thats very rude, and not a way to treat customers. Especially if I come to spend money with you!!

This place is amazing, very cool atmosphere, very friendly. My son looks adorable with his fade and deep side part (love it) thanks guys......my hubby looks awesome too. I highly recommend Pinnacle Barbers.

I used to come here often and it was a nice place until I tried to get a a haircut and when booking appointment i said hold on to confirm and the person hangs up immediately. I tried calling back the blocked my number horrible customer service never coming back.

A few barbers in there have good customer but the first guy I think it’s the owner has horrible customer service and a nasty attitude he always acts like he’s doing you a favor when you walk in, I recommend people because of my barber but never again

Josh is literally best barber I’ve ever had. I cameFrom New York not knowing where to go and I went straight to my boy josh not knowing what to expect. That man literally changed my whole hairstyle and knows exactly what to do every time I sit on that seat. To me that shows he truly cares about his clients, and my loyalty is to them!

I came in to get a haircut for me and my son one of the barbers did a pretty good job and i was happy.However the barber on the left side as soon as you walk in I think he’s the owner im not sure what’s he’s name but anyways he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcome . he definitely lost me and my son as customers and i wil make sure to let my family and friends know about my experience....Im extremely disappointed.

This Barber shop is really good. They have the best workers that I ever had, especially Josh. They do any haircut you ask them for and they do it with a low price. So make sure you do a right choice and do haircuts at Pinnacle Barbers!!!

This is the right place to get a haircut, but, parking is very limited, this guys are always busy, I recommend to make an appoiment, other wise you will waiting for a while, there is free WiFi :-).Price list is fro. 8/ 2018, also there is a Granja restaurant in the same shopping, if parking lot is full you can park in dollar store on Hallandale Beach Blvd and walk to this location, you might try to park at Sprint store ;-).

Good company and clean cut. Luis knows what hes doing and I recommend him 100%. The place is kept clean and is implementing all the covid precautions. I walk out and feel like im in one of those axe commercials with all these random girls running up to me and grabbing my hair. Just make sure your ready for the attention young kings.

I went to get my son a haircut and they were so unprofessional.first, time when I walked in, no one greeted me or ask if I needed help. Second, I ask the price of the haircut for a four year old and they ask if he was under twelve. I don’t know whether it was because of my race but I definitely felt unwanted and felt racism. I quickly walked out and will never return again!! It was a really unpleasant experience for me being a black woman.

Shout out to all of the guys over at Pinnacle. I moved to Miami about a year ago and had to find a new place to get my hair cut and these guys always gave me a perfect cut. My man Joshua cuts so well and fast that I didn’t even believe I was done until I saw how good I looked in the mirror. They’re great with little kids and it’s a great atmosphere, definitely go see them.

I’ve been coming here for over a year. To Luis the owner and I’m more then satisfied if not blessed every time I step out of his barbershop. It’s nice clean modern and you don’t come out with a bruised up face looking like you just had a knife fight or something, or with crooked tape lines etc. They know what they are doing hence Why I continue coming here. Can’t say I’ve ever been upset or disappointed. He stays on top of his schedule and let’s you know if you need to reschedule an appointment.

Service at pinnacle barber shop had gotten bad, I walked in there today and no one even greeted us, me and my 7 years old son sat and waited for over an hour just to find out that all 3 barbers had fully booked appointments but no one had said a word to us. I like going there but I think they got way over there heads that they they didn’t care to lose a costumers. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone anymore they just me and both my sons as a customer.

Shop is very clean, the staff are not only friendly but really experience. They really know all kind of different haircut. I took my 5 month old to get his first haircut and we had a great experience. Excellent Customer Service which you bearly see it at a shop any more. The staff were really respectful. Its very rare these days to find a barbershop that is not only clean, spacious, and comfortable, but filled with skilled barbers as well. Usually there are only a few skilled barbers per shop, but this shop employs barbers who truly take pride in their work. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to all, sons, fathers, and grandfathers alike.

This place has a bunch of hipsters that act like gangsters. If u walk in here barbers look at you and dont say a word. Not even hi. These dudes need a customer service inservice to teach them how to greet and treat customers. Very poor experience about 3-4 times I have been here in a few years. Terrible waiting system. Wait for an hour and someone comes goes first another comes goes first. Some they dont wanna cut your hair because they dont know how to cut long hair. Hair cut is good service terrible.

Not very happy with my hair cut, fortunately Itll grow back, unfortunately for a Barber Shop I didnt see much skill with the strait razor, at least in the gentlemen that was taking care of me, he didnt seemed very confident it.
