My fridge was making noises and started smoking. I went online and found Galaxy Appliance Repair. They immediately sent out a tech. Andre was friendly, clean and efficient. He was afraid it was the compressor but switched out the relay and made sure everything else was working properly. All seemed to be working great and they gave me 6 months warranty. Can’t be happier! Would highly recommend the company

When I came back to Florida I found out that My washer was not working. I struggled with my laundry a lot. I went online and I found Galaxy Appliance Repair Company. I called to the company, operator was kind and polite to gather my home address and my name. Few hours later Technician Andy called to clarify the appointment. At the same day Technician Andy arrived and fixed my washer, he was nice and very professional. Andy explained what was the problem, also he explained how to maintain my appliance that it can last longer.

Ivan is polite, helpful and responds to messages and calls quickly. Despite having a busy day, he made the effort to squeeze me into his schedule which was very much appreciated. I recommend this company!

Our washing machine stopped draining over the weekend. Called our usual repairman twice on Saturday and waited to hear back. Monday afternoon we found Andre. He not only showed up quickly, he also repaired the problem quickly, and reasonably.

My washer Electrolux stopped draining, I called to this company (conversation was recording), operator nicely asked for my address and received my order.Technician arrived in scheduled time, problem was illuminated in less then hour.

Called them about my washing machine, expected to wait a few days for service, but they were here within a couple of hours. I told them what the problem was over the phone and when they arrived (two guys), they already knew the solution without even looking at the washing machine.

Andre is very professional and the service is on the money. He has been in contact to follow up on the repair. I will call him again.
