This place is amazing. We moved out of state and needed multiple u-haul rental trucks. Kelly was so awesome, professional and really helped us figure out the logistics of eveything. The store was super clean and had everything we needed to move. They have so many supplies and are reasonably priced. At one point, I needed more supplies and did an online order pick up same day! Frank had everything ready to go at the counter. He was also great showing us how to get through the mobile instructions for picking up the truck and showing us how the trucks operate. The trucks were super clean and ready on time every reservation. They all operated great during the drive. I really like the gas saving instrument panel to help us save fuel by showing mpg performance. Kelly and Frank are an amazing duo and kept every promise they made while setting realistic expectations. I would send my family and friends to them anyday! U-haul is awesome! We are customers for life.

Miss Kelly helped me out in the complete rental process. She is kind, courteous, and very people oriented. The hook up was easy and I was on my way. Thank you for the experience!!

Front desk lady was very rude. I had no idea how to do mobile check in and out and where you take pictures. She wouldnt even get up to help. Also luckily a guy named Bob took 5 min to show me how to do it. Thanks Bob without you we felt lost. Shows the work ethic in some are just way different. If this was my company I would have him working at my front desk and just so you know this was at 7:30 a.m. so there was no other customers anywhere around.

Small office, you have to wait out in the heat until its your turn. The guy whos there to return the trucks wasnt terribly pleasant

Literally delivered my stuff to the wrong city. Didnt call to confirm that I wanted all of my household goods shipped to an address that doesnt actually have any living space on it. Then charged me $900 to fix THEIR mistake, because they were the ones to enter it incorrectly. The lady on the phone was not only rude but also an idiot.

Frank and Kelly were extremely helpful! I am 8 months pregnant and was dealing with some misunderstandings regarding the equipment I had rented and returned for my move. After calling three different U-Haul places for help with no luck I finally got the answers/help I needed here. They were polite as well as patient and they truly went above and beyond what was required of them in order to solve my problems. This is by far the best experience I have had with a U-Haul facility and I have had to use them quite a few times.

Made a reservation for a 5x8 trailer a month ago. Walk into the office to a rude guy, not even the least bit polite, he can’t find me in the computer, goes to another computer takes my reservation number says I have to go to another one. I said my reservation says right here this address and this uhaul location. His response was “well things have been busy over the weekend and everybody wants stuff” Why is that my problem??? I reserved it a month ago! I go to another uhaul that he told me and they aren’t open. Not how you run a business.

Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.I reserved a truck for Sunday. I called on Sunday at 12:30pm to confirm my 1:30pm rental and everything seemed good to go.I showed up at 1:30pm to a locked door and no answer. After waiting about 20mins outside the entrance I noticed someone walking around the side of the building and asked him for help. He then explained to me that their system went down and they would not be able to further assist me and told me to go to the 192 location which is over 20miles away.I understand technical problems happen, but there are ways to inform your customers.IT IS AS EASY AS A NOTE ON THE FRONT DOOR.U-Haul should be more considerate towards its customers time and money.Moving days arent simple to set up. Got all the people I need and no truck!

I love it! Always such a helpful place. Ive rented vans from here twice to assist with local moves, and I have purchased many boxes. When I had questions about the wardrobe boxes, the great employees brought them out and showed each one to me. So helpful.

I must praise your employees, Kelly and Frank for their outstanding and excellent services they provided us with yesterday. They were both very welcoming as soon as we arrived to the property. The process for the truck and unit rental went very smoothly. A quote for the both was quickly received, and once accepted they made sure that everything went well. They were both helpful throughout the process in case any unforeseen problems arose. We would welcome their assistance in the future. I rented a U-haul from this location when I moved in November 2019 and it was a great experience. They explained everything to us and were nice about it. I recommend this place and the people highly.

I showed up tonight close to close at the wrong location. Kelley was amazing and helped me without making me go to the right location and did so with a smile and me being grumpy from a long trip. A smile goes a long way and thanks for helping end my move to Florida with nothing but amazing experiences!!!

We were so happy to have our stuff at a storage unit here. During the six months it was there, we never had any issues... not even with the temperature control. It was a very clean facility, and the service was very accommodating every time we stopped by for something.

Sadly good customer service is hard to come by these days. How refreshing it was to experience the high level of service at this uhaul location. Caiti from the first and second interaction was sweet, professional, knew her product well and took away one last thing my wife and I had to worry. Found out she is a new employee and I was shocked. Frank was kind, attentive and a hard working guy as we observed. The manager has a really bad attitude and when you ask her questions about the storage she doesnt answers with the right answer she need to work on her customer service skills

Avoid this place at all costs! Staff members are rude and incompetence. They screwed up dates and caused a huge delay in getting my pods. Manager left town and left someone who has NO idea what he is doing all by himself. I had to pay my moving help extra time due to this. Will NEVER use U-Haul again. Absolute joke.

The man was rude, complained about having to be at work to his customers, didnt offer us a unit large enough for all our things so we had to store some of our stuff with family members... Called Uhaul to speak to management and never got a callback.

Great people and very acomidating. We came here pulling a 30 ft camper and it was loaded for our 6 month stay here in Florida. They have such a great rate on storage and are near us so it made sense to put a lot of what we brought in storage with the U-haul facility. *SEVERE DAMAGE DUE TO RODENTS IN CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE* Beware. I went to my climate controlled indoor storage unit this past sunday. Halfway thru the unit we discovered wet boxes and large amounts of rodent feces on the floor. A suitcase that was only placed in storage a few months ago was totally soaked. I have just been informed by corporate manager laura out of orlando that Uhaul sprays for rats/mice. Evidently Uhaul not only doesnt care about their customers, they dont care about their health either. No one expects to go to their indoor storage unit and have it be a health risk. I was told i would not be compensated for any items lost, nor would Uhaul be hiring any kind of professional exterminator. Luckily I took pictures and have several witnesses all willing to give statements. I have filed a formal complaint with Dept of Agriculture and sent pictures and documents to them. Please stay away from this place. The health risk alone just isnt worth it. Once i have spoken with my lawyer again i will be posting pictures online if it is possible
