Dealt with the parts/service department two times already and both times highly disappointed, cant go into detail but hoping I dont have to deal with them again. Love driving a pete but wishing we didnt have it at this point. Looking for recommendations.

Please way I was 45 minutes trying to talk to parts department and never pick up the phone is easy to tell we busy please call later that have you waiting on the for twice for 20 minutes

Service here was on point. They texted me we service tech found any issues with my unit before and after repairs . That was great . Love the location . The team I had working to repair my truck did more then I could ask fir to keep me on the road and out of the shop . Love you guy . Happy Driver

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Dont see no RUSH in the employees went in to buy a simple part and cleaner after standing there for about 20 mins with only 1 customer ahead of me and watching 6 employees walk around talking I left. Not one sir be with you in one minute or how can I help you a quick sell for quick cash walks out your door because your employees literally dont care.

I give these guys alot of credit,they maintain there professional status even when so many people complain, but it is hard to parts but they are honest with and upfront with customers, they had my truck in shop and figured out the problem, but if theres no parts and everything on back order what can they do....we all just need to chill and be patient with out blaim

Service department is a joke. Had the truck for 4 weeks in their shop, & still have the same problem. Brand new truck and no service to back the product

Some of the guys I met offer excellent customer service. Specifically Allen and David from the body shop. I’m talking above and beyond. You may have to wait a bit but that goes to show you that truckers are confident with the work they do.

Service Dept. does not answer phone, defaults to voice mail, so getting a prompt response for service from a service agent is none existent - NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - folks !

They are fast and friendly. Prices are good, cheaper than freightliner.

I would NOT recommend this place to my absolute WORST enemy. Truck went in for a wheel seal repair. Their initial quote was for $3300+ dollars and included basically destroying our truck, sawing off spindles etc. They ordered the wrong part and then tried to fully charge US for studs as a result of their error. After them having the truck 57 hours, it cost us just SHY of $2k to get the h*ll out of there. We went to a dealer for better service than a local Ma & Pa place. What an ABSOLUTE mistake. If I could make this rating a negative 10, I would in a heartbeat.

May not be rushs part but, bought a new truck and it was damaged in transit. Body shop is in no hurry. Information is not forthcoming and no one has any answers. Im NOT trilled and it makes me question the companys commitment to customers. I may not buy another peterbilt chassis ever again.

Been using this facility for years. Service Management has come and gone at a almost yearly basis. Prices are higher than the local shops. Dealers are always more expensive. They’ve always repaired my truck.

I have always had courteous service here. Havent had a repair done, yet, that requires me to return for the same problem. I appreciate Rush Lake Hamilton.

You guys are the best! I needed to get a new key made for my peterbilt. In my mind I figured at least $30 to $40 nope $18 got the key made. Only took about 4 min. All the staff are friendly and eager to help you out. RUSH your the best!!

Really bad place por service

Not real excited with the parts mark up at this location. 63% mark up on a $1400 dollar part is a bit extreme! Also tried (did not succeed as I called them out on it) to charge us for parts that were covered under warranty. Lastly the bill started at $4000 and went to $6300 (with notice) and then went to almost $9000 (WITHOUT NOTICE). 2 starts because the truck did get fixed but watch out for the robbery.

Quick and polite. Comfortable chairs in the drivers lounge. Loved how the nmechanic to make double sure he fixed what needed fixed and that it was working.

Bad customer service

Been dealing with Rush for the past few months. Poor service, extremely overpriced labor rates, slow to deliver the truck even on simple repairs. Dropped truck off at 0730 on a Monday and still havent gotten it back by noon on Thursday. This was a simple AC repair. Had some insurance done with them recently for a minor fender bender and it took almost two weeks to get the truck out of the shop. Even if the cost of repairs were reasonable, the amount of lost revenue for all the down time really adds up. This has just been my experience, so others may have great things to say, but if you want your truck completed in a reasonable amount of time, and a reasonable price, I would not recommend them.

Very disappointed in the way a friend was treated by the service manager at Rush. Really screwed themselves by being very underhanded and sneaky with repairs and the way they tiptoed around the truth. Because of the way my friend was just scammed by Rush, the $175,000.00 truck I was just about to order through them will not take place. I bought a truck from them before but will never deal with Rush again. Period.

I have had the absolute worst experience with any repair shop that I have ever dealt with in my life I’ve been driving trucks over 25 years and I’ve never seen a company duck the responsibility of what they have done as much as this place rush truck center in Haines city Florida I took my truck and they have the DPF filter clean because the check engine light was coming on dropped it off three days later they call me and tell me that the DPF filter cannot Be cleaned because it was cracked I had to be replaced so they did that and then I will change and got the truck back check engine lights on I read the bottom of the paperwork it says check engine light due to low be cleaned because it was cracked had to be replaced so they did that and then I will change and got the truck back check engine lights on I read the bottom of the paperwork it says check engine light due to low your pressure customer need a truck back I called them they told me a minimum of eight hours at $130 an hour to diagnose a low pressure fuel so I took at the comments they fixed it I need a clutch I got estimates for everybody rush paint city what’s the lowest so I gave them another chance took the truck back and they promised me a three day turnaround 10 days later they call me trucks ready be picked up let me back up a little bit they were supposed to have it ready that Saturday the guy that was supposed to of worked on the truck didn’t show up for work so they call me the beginning that following week truck is ready I get the truck back and it’s leaking oil from the rear main seal that you can clearly see I take the truck back in the guy walks out cars underneath it takes his finger swipe see you all and says oh we have to drop it off pressure wash it and see where the oil is coming from but it would be a Nother diagnosed a minimum of three hours at $130 an hour this place is a joke Brinley is the guy that I dealt with and Garrison absolute joke they do things in a day find reasons not to stand behind their warranties I’ve got almost $10,000 I spent with them $10,000 And they passed me off like it’s nothing now I have an all like in my truck that I just spent over $9000 on repairing the neighborly to drop a little before this steer clear

Purchase a Kenworth T700 from here few issues but the customer service here to help resolve those issues puts them number one in my book Shout-out to Maria. Look forward in coming back the same time next year.

The absolute worst repair company around we took our company truck my dads company to this place for a DPF filter clean because of a check engine light they said filter was cracked had to replace almost $4000 later picked up the truck check engine light came back on before we made it back to the office called they said it was low fuel pressure so i took it to Cummings better price then i had the clutch replaced by RUSHTHEY HAD THE TRUCK 17 DAYS now truck leaks oil took it back they had it 7 of the 17 ndays still leaks from rear main they replaced absolutely the worst if i could i would rate them a zero
