Walked in heard everyone speak spanish and look around at me. Mind you the 2 customers walked in with no mask spanish. Im black and they ask me where is my mask. I just took mysekf from tbere place.

I can assure you if you go here you will receive quality services. They are number one when it comes to safety and from the time I walked in into the time I left I never touched anything. I have been to many barbershops but this one stands out as my favorite place to go. Out of all I would give it a 10/10 and would recommend this shop to anyone trying to get a good haircut with a price for the consistent quality service in return.

Very good service Joel is very soft spoken and very good cutting my son hair, his very detailed. I watch very close to see if they clean equipments and chair you know because of Pandemic and he and other barbers were on point with the cleaning Tyler the guy receptionist very polite, he called me when to come in to get my son service. Time was on point didnt have to wait. I would recommend this place ! Always! Thx u

COVID-19 updates at RBI means you pay very high for their cleaning supplies as was told to me when I ask why the price for a simple line up went up! I could understand going up $2, but $5 per customer!! The prices before the COVID-19 was used to run your business. So your high price increase now is the result of your cost in cleaning supplies to sanitize your facility. These are hard times for everyone, you should be ashamed charging sooo much!

A friend recommended this shop to me and I must say this place was beyond my expectations. This has to be the safest barber shop. Besides them caring about your safety, these guys cut hair very well. Great service. Will be back!!!

Called to make an appointment several times during the week. Every time I called the phone was nonstop busy. It is a very good barbershop so I can understand to a degree. But today was completely unacceptable. I was able to thru and was placed on hold. Not a problem. But when you wait for thirty minutes on hold while you can hear the call taker talking and joking with people in the shop without asking the caller what they need is not good business. I have been coming for a couple of years and am disappointed. Like I said in the beginning the barbers are extremely good and so are the prices even with the slight increases but the young guy answering the phone needs to be more professional and multiple lines should be added.

I moved to Haines City about a year ago and we have been going there since then. The barbers have always done a great job with my son haircut. I like the precautions that are in place since Covid19. The appoitment plan works the best for me as I dont have to sit around and wait for hours. Prices did went up but is understandable. Very pleased with service and cleanliness of the place!

First experience at a barbershop and I chose this place because they make cuts with patterns (hair tattoos).I greatly appreciated the professionalism of my barber and I can tell the others were doing a great job.Regarding the barbershop as such, I appreciated the cleanliness and calm that prevailed: no loud music, no gossip, no useless questions. Nice and comfortable furniture - chairs are comfortable - you see and feel it is quality.Although English is not my first language (I do not speak Spanish either) and because it was the first time there, I was not sure how to explain what I wanted but the barber understood very well and the result was perfect.This team is very welcoming and respectful - and because of the cleanliness and the excellent service I received, I have definitively adopted this place.Please note that I have no interest in this place and I do not know anyone there.

Been coming here for many years. Great team! Awesome cuts. I usually sit with Joel or shorty and I never had any issues. The wait can be long sometimes, but I wouldnt expect less then that cause that tells you that customer keep coming back because of how well they do. And besides you can always call ahead of time to get on the list. Highly recommend

Tired of calling and every time the line is busy...love my barber but the wait time can be ridiculous. And somehow there line is always busy which makes no sense nobody is calling every minute . Sometimes I try calling 10....15 times it will be busy most of the a day then when you finally contact them there booked. They need to step it up

Im very picky with my hair cut, I did have the same barber for over 27 years, but he retired. After trying 2 different barbers a good friend recommended me to RBI Barber. From the very first time Shorty did a great job. Im very pleased with my hair cut, love the back ground music and they are very professionals . A+++++.

I had to change my review sadly, I called at 4:30 pm and asked if they could fit my son in for a haircut and the lady said yes. I requested a certain barber by the name of Kenneth. She said sure bring your son in at 5:45, she asked his named. I gave her my sons name and we were there at exactly 5:45. They ended up giving my son to a different barber and he butchered my kids hair. Not only was it not at all like the picture we asked for but there are giant gaps out of the top of his hair. I would literally have to shave it almost to the skin to make it line up. I am extremely upset and displeased !! I asked for Kenn and we should have gotten the barber we asked for. Debating on whether I will ever go back again !! Jose RUINED MY KIDS HAIR !!!

Great barber shop, always clean and great service is always provided. My preferred barber has always been Johnny, he never disappoints, he’s well kept, organized, and takes his time with his haircuts! However my last visit was an unpleasant experience Johnny wasn’t available he was off and I drove distance expecting Johnny to be present. There is a new barber by the name of Angel who i decided to give a chance and I specifically told him I like a natural edge line up because I didn’t want him to push my edge back and mess it up, and that’s exactly what he did was mess up my line up. I don’t recommend cutting your hair with Angel if you’re trying to get fresh for the weekend.

Just moved into town and was looking for a new barbershop and unfortunately decided to check this place out. One question, whats the point of your sign in list when you dont even use it? Waited almost two hours and decided to leave because people kept walking in and getting their haircuts right away. If you like sitting around all day waiting, then this is definitely the place for you, otherwise I would avoid it at all costs.

Got my haircut by the shop owner. I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he made it happen. Very well done and meticulous. The atmosphere is clean, staff friendly. Looking forward to my next cut.

Unless you are Spanish you should avoid this place. My black veteran husband asked for a 3 with a longer 4 blade on the top and the barber said oh 3 blade and shaved his head completely all the way to his scalp. Very rude and dismissive. When we visit the Spanish barbers in Orlando they really take care of my husband. They shape his brows if they are too long and give him hot towel service as well. Live and learn we will never return and just to let you know all money is green and spends the same.

Okay heres the deal . 3 stars . Ive cut my own hair for the past 20+ years until about 6 months ago . I wanted it to grow out which takes a while and I only know how to use clippers for a high n tight . I know nothing about cutting long hair which is why I went to a professional. It was getting ratty so I figured to go get it cleaned up some around the ears and back but let it keep growing on top . I told the barber this at RBI . He didnt say much in return but I didnt think much of it . He gets the clippers out and starts going to town and halfway through the haircut he starts asking the barber to the left questions in Spanish to translate to me . So basically when I told him to leave it long on top, he didnt understand what I was saying which is why I didnt get a response . Okay I get it now . Im just saying make sure whoever is going to cut your hair speaks the same language as you . I give it 3 stars because the people are nice there, its a nice atmosphere and I got a clean haircut ( just not exactly what I was wanting ) .Advice for RBI, in the future make sure the two you pair together understand each other . Thank you

Just came from getting a fresh cut. Shorty was back from DR. It is a treat when you get Shorty as your barber. He is my favorite barber. All the barbers there are good. Ive had my haircut by most of the barbers there. They are all good barbers. Im ready for my trip to Seattle with my fresh cut.

Very clean, nice decor, background music not too loud, barbers are uniformed and professional, (and they have good haircuts themselves!). Joel did my haircut, and he took enough time to do a really good careful job, but not so long as to make me impatient. My wife came along, and even she was impressed! Thanks, Joel!

Please get a better system in place for booking barbers rather than waste someones time pretending like you called when you never did. Last visit to RBI. Plenty of great barbers in Haines City ready to cut.

They have a few really good barbers here. The only thing that is bad is the wait time for a barber of your choice. You have to plan an entire day around trying to get a haircut here or risk going to one of the lesser skilled barbers by choosing “any” barber. Really wish they had an automated system to book appointments and not just wing it with Pen and Paper like it’s the 1990s.

I bring my 2 year old son here to get his hair cuts and I love it. They guys are really nice and they do a great job with my sons hair.

There is usually a long wait time, but once you get in the seat these gentlemen make sure you walk out looking like a whole new person. My personal barber is William Ive never switched up but everyone there does an explended gentemens job.

Must be good. Went there while on vacation at 3pm as a walk in and was told to come back at 8am the next morning and wait in the parking lot because they were booked for the day and they dont do appointments.

Love this shop and have been coming here for years. It has the best barbers around & a cool and professional atmosphere with good music too. However, to improve, I would say you all have got to get better about communicating information regarding closings/time alterations on social media in advance. Except for Hurricane Irma recently, I have never seen the social media pages (Facebook, Insta) used to communicate closings/time alterations that were known about in advance. I usually call & will find out the day of, or will show up to a closed shop with a sign on the door. I understand unforseen circumstances occur, but if it a closing/time change is known beforehand, why not post it to the social media pages? Is that not partly why the pages exist? I pose this question sincerely & seriously, not sarcastically. Posting in advance allows people to make informed decisions without only finding out about a shop closure/time change on the day of.I recently called for a cut. 3 hours later I got a call back to come in. Not complainging about the 3 hours, to be clear. If theyre busy, so be it & I love that we can call for the list and not have to wait in the shop for 3 hours. On my way driving there, however, I was called and told the shop was closing early (in 15 minutes!) & that I could switch barbers; ANYONE who gets haircuts with any kind of regularity KNOWS that switching to an unknown barber is a no-go :). Now, they did offer me a solution (switch barbers) & I appreciate that, but why wasnt I told about the closing time alteration in my initial call hours earlier? The list is there so that I can secure a spot with the barber that I want. I ended up being unable to get a haircut that day & having to go in the next day to get my barber. Emergency on their part? Perhaps. But I just cant accept that its always an emergency when a time change/closing occurs, especially when a sign is on the door already, a sign I cant find out about until I show up in-person because it wasnt posted online or mentioned via phone.Im not looking for some kind of discount to resolve the situation or anything such, so if the owner responds, just know that thats not the point of this. Just please assure your customers that you will get better about using the social media pages & making sure anyone operating the phone gives complete information as is necessary to those that call in. LOVE THIS PLACE and will ALWAYS be a customer (yes, theyre THAT good). Just utilize the social media you already have & youll be PERFECT!-A LOYAL CLIENT
